Excellent Property

This location and unit was top notch. We stay at a lot of VRBO's and this one is on my top five list. If you are traveling to Orlando FL I would HIGHLY recommend this unit.

Our Orland Visit

This property was very nice for our family. It was spacious and updated. There was plenty of room for my family of 6. Big kitchen, but not all the utensils you need for a meal. For example there was only one bowl, so if you need bowls for anything you may want to bring some. Also when we first got there the washing machine was not working, so I had to deal with that, which is not something you want to do on vacation. We also had to get a maintenance man up to fix the garbage disposal. These are all things I feel a guest shouldn't have to take time out to deal with. Other than that everything was good.

Unit ok- missing a few things

There were only 4 towels in the unit upon arrival. The towels were thin, small, stained and scratchy. The dishwasher was finicky and only worked some of the time however the dishes never got a good clean. The fire alarm went off in the unit(battery needed to be changed) maintenance was very slow to respond. The kitchen needs to be outfitted to replace items that have gone missing. Made several calls and inquiries to property management with slow response. The unit was updated and comfortable minus the few things mentioned above.

Great Location!!

Our daughter just got married at the Dr. Phillips House in Orlando and this was a great location to have friends and family stay. There were multiple condos available so everyone was able to reserve their own and be within walking distance. This particular condo did not disappoint.

Property Looked exactly like the pictures! Spacious and clean! Very happy with my stay.

Perfect property

We were in Orlando to play at AAU volleyball championships. This was a dream property…we could walk to venue, great pool, grocery right next door! Loved everything about it and will be back again!!

Spring Break

Condo was clean and more than enough room for all of us. My family enjoyed staying there. Had no contact with the owner not even an email or property manager. Property overall was good, great location to alot of things but the pool was a little disappointing as its way too small for the amount of ppl that have access to it, not to mention no where near enough chairs for the guest and everyone was on top of each other.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Vista Cay and this condo was exactly what we'd hoped it would be! We loved the modern decor and furniture and there was more than enough space for our family with two teenagers. The leather furniture in the living room was so comfortable as well as the beds in ALL three bedrooms. We really enjoyed the huge, heated swimming pool and hot tub too. It truly felt like home away from home!
