Four Seasons private north facing aspect lets you enjoy whatever weather the mountains throws at you. Enjoy the sun soaked rear deck with BBQ, whilst watching the kids play on the level park like grounds. The expansive grassed area provides more space than you need to kick a ball around, throw a frisbee, play cricket or for the kids to run around. In the winter months light the combustion burner, enjoy a hot chocolate or coffee and watch the mountain mist roll in through the valley and bush lands.

Take advantage of the fresh air and go for a bush walk in the surrounding National Parks. There are many walks around the house, or you could start from the famous Conservation Hut at Wentworth Falls National Park Station, which is just 5 minutes drive away (4km from the house). Here you will find walks to Wentworth Falls, Valley of the Waters, Queen Victoria Tracks, the National Pass, Empress Lookout and Lillian’s Glen. Further up the road you can find the Three Sisters, Echo Point and all the other walks throughout the Blue Mountains.

The house is close to lots of Cafes and Restaurants, Wentworth Falls village is just 2km away. Here you can find many restaurants and cafes, grocery shops, newsagent and a bottle shop for wine, beer and spirits. Across the road is the Grand View Hotel which is a great venue for meals and a drink. Leura (5km away) and Katoomba (7km away) are just minutes up the road by car or train. Again full of restaurants and shops.

Why not take a day trip to Jenolan Caves, Mt Tomah Gardens or have a "high tea" at the Hydro? Or bring the golf clubs and try your hand at one of the many golf courses in the area? Wentworth Falls golf course is just up the road.

You will never be shy of things to do, unless of course you want to!

Bedding arrangement and Bathrooms:

Four Seasons offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with completely private bushland views from every room . The bedrooms are all on the upper level of the house.

We provide lovely fresh linen and towels for each guest. All beds come with Duvets (with covers) electric blankets, and plenty of pillows.

Bed 1 : King bed, plus ensuite with PRIVATE SPA
Bed 2 : King bed, plus ensuite in a very generous size room with a cathedral style roof
Bed 3 : King bed, in a standard room
Bed 4 : Bunk Bed (2x singles) and 1x Single bed (3x single beds in total)

There are 3x bathrooms upstairs, 2 as ensuite's off the bedrooms (1 & 2) and 1x main bathroom servicing bedrooms 3 & 4. The main bedroom (1) and the shared bathroom both have spa baths. A further bathroom is located off the laundry on the ground floor near the entertaining areas.

A child's fold away bed and high chair are included in the property. Two portable travel cots are also available which fit easily in Bedrooms 1 & 2. There is no additional charge for these items but you will need to bring your own linen for the porta cots and foldaway bed.

All rooms have their own heaters & fans and every bed has an electric blanket. There are plenty of extra rugs and throws located throughout the property.

We offer Air Conditioning in the large family room and kitchen areas, and in the two main bedrooms.

The house is equipped with free WiFi (NBN). There are 3x Large Smart Digital TV's and an Apple TV. You can stream Netflix, Stan, YouTube and all your favourites.

Living Space:

Our huge open plan family room allows you to cook, relax by the combustion fire, dine at a 10 person indoor table, or relax in the adjacent glass surrounded conservatory, all in the one space.

A fully equipped home style kitchen with a modern stove / Gas cooktop and walk in pantry, setup with ample cooking accessories, huge refrigerator and island bench make cooking and socialising with your guests very easy. With a breakfast bar, the kitchen adjoins the large family room. The adjoining dining room table (seating 10 persons) and joins the conservatory, looking out onto the open bush landscape.

You can relax out on our large north facing veranda, which is ideal for entertaining. Complete with overhead heating, our large table setting seats 10 people. Or stay inside in the conservatory on those cool sunny winter days. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck whilst watching the children to play a game in the 2 acres of flat park like grassland and adjoining bush surrounds.

The formal lounge room is surrounded by natural timbers in a cathedral style room. An adjoining dining room seats 8 people. We even have a piano for the musical minded!

There are books, games, magazines, local knowledge on activities and restaurants. The grounds have a swing & zip line for the kids to enjoy. Children are very welcome and will love the large open flat spaces!!!

Full internal laundry facilities, washing machine, dryer and ironing board, a bar fridge for your drinks, outdoor gas BBQ and outdoor tables are located on the rear balcony and in the back yard.

Our property extends to 2 acres, and covers multiple blocks of bush land, so your total privacy during your stay is assured.
