Enjoy the indoor and year-round pool and hot tub or just sit out on the deck overlooking Lake Dillon. North America's highest deep water marina. Condo is a free shuttle ride to the A-Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone slopes. What's more, we're just 11.8 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!

This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Property overlooks Lake Dillon and Gore Range. The condo is centrally located to all ski resorts and only a few steps away from the Dillon Marina, amphitheater, picnic area and bike trials. A short walk will take you to restaurants, tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts, baseball fields, ice fishing on the lake and more.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

Therefore, most properties have had animals present at some time or another. Please be aware of this as it relates to your personal health.



We Highly recommend AWD or 4WD drive vehicles during winter months.
