Rock Break - located at Point Roadknight

The House

Freshly painted inside. New appliances including oven, cook top, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher and leather couch.

Downstairs consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with flat screen digital TV/DVD/USB, iPod/iPhone docking station, wood fire and REVERSE CYCLE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. This extends out onto a North facing deck and outside hot/cold shower.

In addition, there is a SECOND LIVING ROOM ( for the kids ) with a TV/DVD player, Lego, Puzzles, games and a range of children and adult DVD's.

There is a European style laundry with a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glassware and new saucepans.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds and robes. A third bedroom consists of 2 double bunks and robes.

Linen provided if required - $25 per person

There is a bathroom with combines shower/bath and separate toilet.

The house sleeps up to 8 people.

The property has off street parking and is set far back from the road making it safe for children to play.

BYO bed linen, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

Quilt covers provided

DeLonghi Nespresso machine. BYO Nespresso pods.

The location

The house is less than a 2 minute walk to the front and back beaches at Pt Roadkinght. Spectacular walks are available at both. The front beach offers the picturesque cliff top walk with magnificent views along the coast into the Anglesea precinct. The back beach offers kilometres of beach to walk up to Urquart's bluff with views of the coast up to Airey's inlet.

Within the Anglesea shops you will find cafe's, restaurants, take away, medical centre, boutique shops, supermarket.

Sand sea and relaxation

This property is in a perfect location with room for two families or a larger group. The house is well maintained and has a relaxed vibe with a private outdoor area with large bbq and eating area. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook up a storm if you like or go out to any of the nearby restaurants. We highly recommend whether it is just two of you or a few more.

Relaxing Beach break

Our family enjoyed the stay in the relaxing and well set up and very spacious beach house. Being only a short stroll from two beaches, we spent a lot of time on the beach despite the cooler weather, and even had a couple of swims in the still very fresh ocean when the sun was out. The outdoor shower was great coming home. The kids loved the fire place in the evening, the kids play room and the whole family enjoyed the DVD collection for some down time. We would definitely like to come back.

This was our second stay at Rock Break. We absolutely love it and feel so relaxed the minute we walk in. The deck out back is lovely and private. The location is fantastic - only a couple of minutes walk down a shady lane way to the kiosk and beach. There is a seperate toilet and small bathroom upstairs but as others have said the outdoor shower is so good we hardly used the bathroom. The house was really clean and well appointed and Catherine was lovely to deal with. We’ll be back

Ocean at the doorstep

This house is a perfect beach holiday spot. Everything you need an just a short walk to the beach. Very quiet and enough beds if you have a few people staying. Great outdoor area. Be aware only one bathroom and toilet but no issue really! I enjoyed an ocean swim each morning and a fabulous hot outdoor shower

Perfect Getaway

Great location, close to the beach and the outdoor hot shower is the cherry on the top! Accomodation was just perfect for the family and had everything we needed. ‘Rock Break’

Our family had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay at ‘Rock Break’. It is a lovely modern, open space, light and airy beach home within a short walk of Point Roadknight beach which meant we didn’t have to get in the car at all during our stay. It was very clean and had all the facilities a family needs for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, including a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and outdoor eating area. Catherine was extremely prompt in replying to any queries and always easy going and friendly. We would love to stay there again next year for our pre-Christmas holiday.

Fantastic location

We had an amazing time during our stay, Rock Break was perfect for our needs as we had two young families. The accommodation was fantastic and proximity to the beach made the numerous trips with kids and beach toys in tow simple and quick. The outdoor shower also meant we could keep the sand outside where it belongs! The owner was also easy to contact and very helpful. Many thanks, we will definitely be back.

Perfect family getaway!

My family and I would like to say a big thank you for our wonderful stay at Rock Break! It was very hard to leave today! The house was comfortable, clean, spacious and so close to the beach. The outside shower is an absolute bonus after a day at the beach. We had such a great time that we are already planning our next stay, hopefully early next year. Wonderful location!

Just what I wanted.

So nice to walk into a really clean and tidy house. We loved sitting outside on the deck, in amongst the tea trees. Only a 2 minute walk to an incredibly beautiful beach. Very safe swimming and the kids enjoyed walking out to the point at low tide to explore the rock pools and go snorkelling. Loved the outside hot shower too, nothing better after the beach. Will definitely be back as soon as I get a chance. Thankyou for your help with all my questions.

Lovely house in fabulous location!

Have just returned from our second long weekend at Rock Break in 2014. This is such a great house - light, bright, well equipped and in the best location. It really is a VERY short walk to the beach down a quite little walkway. And the large deck in a bush setting is a huge bonus - a lovely place to sit, eat, read and chat. This time we also really enjoyed the log fire. We will be back!

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

We chose this property to accommodate our mothers and some of their friends for a break after our wedding in November! We just wanted to relax and this lovely, quiet spot was perfect. The house was well appointed and comfortable, with a good set up for larger groups. We were able to walk to the beach within a few short minutes and took full advantage of this! Catherine, the owner, was friendly, helpful and efficient organising the booking. The ladies had a wonderful time and we would definitely book Rock Break again!

A great home to stay with a young family. The children's play area means the living area is not over run with kids and their toys and provides space for Mum and Dad to sit and relax! The bathroom is a squeeze, but the outdoor shower makes arriving home with most of the sand from the beach easy to deal with!
