About this property

Cosy, Quiet, Feel Right at Home

Quiet house situated at an end of a long driveway to give you peace away from any traffic noise. The house is approximately an 8 minute walk away from main street of Arrowtown, the river loop walking track is basically at the end of the driveway.

Golf courses, summer trails, fine restaurants, and wineries abound in the area, and it’s only 15 minutes to the ski fields for fresh powder all winter


The space
Quiet cosy house, has a log fire in the living/dining/kitchen for those chilly winter nights, a heat pump in hallway, fully equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with a large deep bath, shower and toilet. Large front yard for the kids to play on with plenty of parking for your cars.

Other things to note
No access to garage - plenty of parking on property.
Extra cleaning to Co-vid 19 Standards are undertaken after every check out (eg: sanitizing all surfaces including door knobs and wash all bed linen and towels in hot water).

Cadrona Ski Trip

Fantastic house within walking distance of Arrowtown township. Plenty of space in the house and garden. Nice and warm at night with the heat pump. Would definitely stay again.
