Comprising 3 bedrooms (1xQueen, 1xDouble, 1xDouble/Single Bunk), a renovated bathroom, generous open plan kitchen, dining and separate lounge with high raked ceilings, polished timber floors and extensive glazing allowing ample natural light throughout.

A private rear deck is ideally orientated to capture the afternoon sun and entertain with a barbeque, outdoor setting and shade umbrella. Kids will be entertained with a 2 storey cubby house, swing set, basketball ring and exploring through the rustic Moonah tree setting.

Furniture includes a double and single seat wicker setting in the first living area, plus a 6-seater couch in the second. Dining area has an extendable table with 6 seats, and a high chair at no extra cost.

Amenities include free high speed wifi & internet, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, split system air conditioning, gas log fire, washing machine, ironing facilities, big screen TV, Bluetooth stereo, DVD player & library, and a PlayStation and board games for those rainy days.

Quality beds are provided, with quilts, pillows and mattress protectors on all beds. Queen and double beds are supplied with electric blankets, and additional blankets and column heaters are also included for cold nights. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided as part of the booking.

Outside on the deck there is a 4 burner gas barbeque and 6 person outdoor setting, 2 sun lounges, and a multi-position 3m sun umbrella to provide shade during hot summer days.

Beach, facilities and attractions are all close by.

The popular Tyrone foreshore is a 10-15 minute walk and is fantastic for young children, a morning power walk or stroll at sunset.

Blairgowrie shops are within a 2-3 minute drive, and contain a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants, cafes, newsagent, bric-a-brac, take away food, and IGA supermarket with liquor store.

A 5-10 minute drive will see you at the Rye or Sorrento shopping strips, golf courses, day spas, fishing spots, surf beaches and numerous other attractions around the Mornington Peninsula.
