We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, exploring the gorgeous town and surrounding spaces. Hosts were wonderful and it was a great place for family to appreciate nature.
Balinga Cottages was such a lovely and relaxing get away with breathtaking views and a cosy wood fire. The owners were so warm and welcoming and the thoughtful extra touches like fresh homemade bread, eggs, and marmalade were very much appreciated and made our stay that much more memorable. We will definitely be returning!
Lina was really helpful and welcoming, the cottage is super clean and comfortable, beautiful setting a short walk from a charming little town. Recommend.
Great location for walking the Bibbulmun. Very friendly hosts, Lila and Chris, can provide free transfers to Bibbulmun access points. Lovely cottage within walking distance of Balingup town.
The cabin perched on a hill just outside Balingup gave us uninterrupted views across the valley to the woods and beyond. It was our little escape with a log fire and local charm. Centrally located to other towns in the area it was a perfect place to get away from it all, but allowing us easy access to some lazy adventuring.
Our hosts were fantastic with the personal touches they provided and the visits from the splendid fairy wrens capped it off.

Awesome girls weekend
We had an amazing weekend thanks to the 'hostess with the mostest' Lila. We walked in the cottage door to be greeted by a nice warm fire, fresh baked bread, and freshly laid eggs. On Saturday Lila organised a pamper session for us at the cottage an amazing facial and relaxing massage! To top it off a delicious lunch platter plus wine and champagne all organised by the amazing Lila!! Highly recommend it can't wait to return !

Ohhh Shucks girls, thank you so much for the wonderful review. The serene smiles on your faces after your pamper session's makes my job such a joy. Share the love, it feels good. With thanks Lila
Love Balingup and surrounding areas. Accommodations was right in the heart of it. Beautiful, clean chalet. And the food, to be able to take away and eat in our chalet from Mr Fosters was amazing! Check him out!!!
Highly recommend this beautiful cabin. The fresh bread and home made marmalade were amazing and a great touch. The cabin was clean and had everything required. The fire place was already ablaze when we checked in which was a nice touch to walk into a warm cozy cabin.
Lila and her husband went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing, beautiful touches around the cottage. Our children loved feeding the horses. The beds were very comfortable, the cottage had everything you needed. Loved sitting on the verandah in the early morning with our coffees starring at the mist. Just wanted to say Thank you again for everything Lila, you are very down to earth and so welcoming and warming.
From the family who borrowed the extension cords. : )
Lila is the hostess with the mostess. This property is beautifully clean, well equipped and perfectly located It is walking distance from town and the Bibbulmun track. The kids loved feeding the horses and exploring the gorgeous bush land. Lila and her husband are very accommodating and super helpful!! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.
We had a wonderful 4 night stay, and I can honestly not think of any negatives! Highlights were the view from the balcony, the horses, the wood fire and the fresh bread on arrival! Balingup is a lovely place, and we enjoyed walking in and around town every day. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday,
Tidy, clean cottage in big tree-filled lot, with views of grassy green hills and paddocks below the house. A lovely spot to stay and relax, watch the sun set below the hills across the way; or explore surrounding towns like Donnybrook and Bridgetown; also close to walking trails.
Lovely hosts, with great local knowledge (and great baking skills! The bread was a lovely touch, thank you)
Really looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for having us 😊
The property was so clean and neat. The extra touches of the preserve, fresh loaf of bread and fresh eggs were so appreciated!
The service was friendly and welcoming and I cannot wait until we can visit again. It was the perfect, relaxing getaway with the family dog.
Thank you so much for your hospitality and service and all the best in these unprecedented times.
We cannot wait until a time that we can come again x

Hi Kate, Craig and Roxy, such exceptional guests ,the last for a while, you guys got in by a dogs wisker, so glad you enjoyed your stay. Now that you have found us we hope you can come back when all this madness is over.
Warmest regards Lila and Chris.
Lovely spotless and well appointed cottage with very comfortable beds and beautiful linen. Just a very short walk to Balingup shops. We arrived to fresh bread and eggs, marmalade and milk from our friendly hosts. The kids loved the horses in the paddock and our dogs were also made very welcome. We will definitely be going back. It’s not easy to find all these things.
Everything about our stay at this was excellent from the greeting with Lila, the accommodation itself and location of the chalet on the property and also from the township. Highly recommend to anyone wishing for a country getaway.

Lovely Cottage & town
Our main purpose was to have a break where we could enjoy walking with our dog. The town of Balingup fitted that splendidly. The cottage is ideally situated and we only needed to use the car to venture further afield.
The cottage itself is beautifully crafted inside - the bed was really comfortable! The cottage was perfect size for the three of us.
