Fresh and clean 3 bedroom 1 bath retro beach shack. Just steps to glorious old Abbey beach in Busseltons premier beachside holiday suburb. There are plenty of internationally known wineries, boutique breweries, gourmet cheese, olive & chocolate factories conveniently dotted throughout the gorgeous countryside in between this laid back holiday locale and Dunsborough (just 15km) & Margaret River (only 45km). This holiday home is also pet friendly and has been priced attractively in the short term to quickly gain bookings and our experience with letting other holiday homes of various comparison nearby suggests it will quickly begin to book up so it may pay to book your dates now to avoid disapointment.

This property is a classic original 1970s retro style beach house which is well maintained, neat and clean. Being so close to the beach is an added advantage and its exceptionally well located down south allowing easy access to everything in the area. This property is attractively priced for the larger groups and families, but still very affordable for the smaller groups or couples.
