Clarkes Beach Villa is ideally located directly opposite beautiful Clarkes Beach and only a 5 min walk into Byron Bay's shops and cafes. This is the perfect, hassle-free holiday accommodation. Park your car and forget about it as all your holiday essentials such as beach, shops, cafes and bars are within a short leisurely stroll—exactly what you need for a relaxing getaway.

This 3 bedroom, double-storey villa makes an excellent holiday choice. It features a single lock-up garage, private courtyard with outdoor shower, and a large upstairs deck with BBQ and outdoor table setting, allowing you to enjoy Byron's pleasant subtropical climate. The 3 bedrooms are located downstairs with the master Queen bedroom equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom with walk-in robe. The other 2 bedrooms have twin single beds. A second bathroom with bath and laundry is also located downstairs.

Upstairs you'll find a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area—a comfortable space to relax with a movie after a full day of activities. This area opens onto your north-facing deck which offers a sunlounger, BBQ and a large 8-seater outdoor table setting. All rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. The property includes a large flatscreen TV, DVD, Foxtel and complimentary wireless broadband. Linen is provided and free Wi-Fi Access is available.

Clarkes Beach Villa is directly opposite the popular Byron Beach Cafe which serves breakfast and lunch with a view looking over Clarkes Beach. Watch the waves roll in from The Pass while enjoying a meal. Or take a short 5 min walk up Massinger St to the locals' favourite spot, The Top Shop, for a quality coffee while relaxing on the lawn out front. For those feeling energetic, start your day with the 'lighthouse loop' walk featuring incredible views on a 40 min round trip.

Great location and house size

Excellent location right across from Clarke beach carpark and only 15 min walk over to Watigos. House is excellent for a small family/group with plenty of outdoor/living space and bedroom/bathrooms. Only suggestion is fans in single rooms need fixing (click and speed issues) and house could benefit from a deep clean.

I was bitterly disappointed with the villa. It was plain and ordinary. Cold and soul less. I wasn't expecting a mansion but the tiles throughout the unit had a public toilet feel. The bathroom constantly smelt like someone had just been in there. There wasn't anything to make this place feel homely. The floors were filthy - because of the tiles throughout I wore a pair of socks during our 3 day stay and they were black by the time we left. The rugs/mats were stained and looked disgusting. I phoned Perfect Stay - the agents in Byron to complain and they said that it was representative of the photos on the booking so bad luck. The only redeeming feature is that it is in a good location - right across from the beach and a fabulous café. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great place and ideal location!

This is a really great place to stay - a very roomy apartment; more like a house. 3 big rooms, a great kitchen and living room and massive balcony. All very clean. And the location is superb - smack in the middle of the town and The Pass and right across from the beach and beach cafe. We walked everywhere. Fantastic. the road noise was fine. We'd stay here again.
