This is a beautiful family friendly home that we wish to share with like-minded families or individuals. A state of the art, luxurious beach front / golf course home located within 350 metres to The Cut beach and easy walking distance to The Cut Golf Course. Sleeps maximum 8 adults in comfort. 5 bedrooms, massive living areas, Foxtel, NBN Internet, separate games room, 2 bathrooms with heated floors, powder room, outdoor heated plunge pool / spa, outdoor BBQ, steam room and outdoor shower.

The ground floor opens onto the spa deck with sensational views facilitated by the wall to wall bi-fold doors. It consists of a fully equipped games room with pool / snooker table, table tennis and 60-inch LCD television with blue ray DVD player ensuring many hours of entertainment and fun. Additional bedrooms and living facilities are located on the ground floor. All of the ground floor bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The first floor hosts a large main living area with state of the art surround sound system, 60 inch LCD television screen with blue ray player. Additional facilities include a gourmet kitchen, powder room, hotel style main bedroom including a luxurious en-suite offering a rain shower, spa, and wall mounted LCD television. Separate Single bedroom located off the kitchen area. The first floor has reverse cycle A/C for cooling and heating. The living area opens onto a stunning undercover outdoor deck with a table and seating for 8 guests with 180-degree views over the golf course and the Indian Ocean. Perfect for morning breakfasts or afternoon drinks watching the sunset. Further security is offered with a working alarm system and external CCTV.

The entire property provides sensational views of The Cut Golf Course and beautiful sunsets on the Indian Ocean.

Sorry, functions, parties, school leavers, hens, bucks parties, pets or breach of occupancy numbers are strictly prohibited. The property may only be used by confirmed guests and any breach of this may result in eviction with no refund. Noise must be kept to a minimum.
