Double doors open to paving and a table with 2 chairs in the back yard, a perfect "get away from it all" spot.
All linen and towels are provided and laundry costs are included in the rental fees.
The bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.
The laundry is fitted with an indoor clothes drying rack which lifts into the raised skylight. It works well all year round.
There is space for 3 cars, 2 undercover.
An outdoor shower is included for your use after a dip at the beach or tidal pool.
The upstairs balustrading both indoor and outdoor is of wire construction and complies with the relevant building codes. Parents please note; it is possible that children could climb the wire if not properly supervised. A child barrier gate can be fitted at the bottom of the stairs, at your request.
For your convenience detergents for hand washing, the dishwasher and washing machine are supplied.
