- Travel insurance recommended for peace of mind & ferry/flight cancellations etc.
- Ferry MUST be pre-booked in advance
- Kitchen must be packed up on departure / dishes done (normal holiday rental etiquette)
- Minor bedrooms are small, so not large enough for extra beds or cot
- Dining room Smart TV is connected to internet only for using your streaming services, apps etc. but no older-style free-to air wall socket (just use IView, 10Play, 9Now etc apps).
FOR FAMILIES TO NOTE:
- We warmly welcome respectful families, however this is a luxury property, not 'kid-proof' in any way whatsoever, effective supervision required.
- Hot water runs quite hot, care required
- Balconies, sliding doors and stairs without stair gates
- Cot, highchair + toys by arrangement
- All children MUST be pre-booked, irrespective of age (max 2 free infants not yet turned 2yrs at date of check in)
SECURITY
Kingscote tends to be exceptionally safe, however do lock your house and car doors. There is a security camera located at the front porch & in the strata group's access road at the rear of the property.
