Aalen Beach House is located on the seafront at Kingscote, the heart of Kangaroo Island
Situated 1.6 km from the town centre and directly on the foreshore of Nepean Bay. The house is modern and has large living areas , with the front deck stretching the width of the house overlooking the sea . The beach is just a few steps away. The house has 3 queen bedrooms to accomodate up to 6 adults and a bunk room for 4 kids. There are 2 separate lounge areas, both with flat screen TVs, to ensure there is ample space for everyone to relax in. The kitchen is fitted out with modern appliances and faces the open plan dining and living area leading out to the front deck.
There are two bathrooms with walk in showers, plus a separate bath in the main bathroom and a fully equipped laundry in the second. There are 2 separate toilets.

A large spacious family friendly house where you can enjoy magnificent views over water sunrises, relaxing strolls on the long beach, swim in the safe waters of Nepean Bay and soak up the natural fauna and flora .
Aalen Beach House is a perfect central location to visit any area of the island. Kingscote, the main commercial centre of Kangaroo Island, is in easy walking distance via the paved walkway passing the front, and the Airport is only 10 minutes away.

For the security of our property during periods when it is unoccupied, we have external security cameras fitted to monitor the main entrances
Camera 1 is located on the Northern end and views the driveway approach and garage area
Camera 2 is fitted on the southern or beach end and monitors the area immediately in front of the steps up to the front deck
