SeaSee Holiday House - Amazing views

Ever come home from a holiday exhausted and feeling like you need another one? With such a multitude of attractions to see and activities to do, we seldom get to do what you're supposed to on holiday - RELAX! With a beautiful accommodation like Sea See you would be silly not to grab some of the local cheese, biscuits and a bottle of wine and sit back and enjoy the afternoon on the deck overlooking the 180 degree uninterupted view of the bay towards Reeves Point.

Ideally located with Kingscote being only a few minutes by car or enjoy a pleasant stroll to the centre of the town.

A great starting point for discovering the beauty of Kangaroo Island!

Excellent location, short (10 min) walk to main part of town, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Fantastic views from the deck and main bedrooms, quiet and well maintained. Great communication from our host Virginia, highly recommended.

We chose this property because it provided all the gear we needed for our 15 month old grandson and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful views, and an excellent house with everything we needed. Owner even put up a baby gate so the front deck was safe. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Central location

Loved the house and location in Kingscote,very quiet and within walking distance of town.The house was great,very roomy with an excellent undercover deck for relaxing outside.Well set up inside with all essentials covered,also very central for exploring the whole island.Only regret is I couldn’t stay longer.

What a great house to explore KI from

We had a wonderful week. The house was perfect for us. Space to play games and eat together but also get own space. Comfortable and relaxing with a lovely view! Kangaroos visited across the road at dusk.

Close enough to town but great views and peaceful

We enjoyed the outdoor deck with lovely views and a heater if needed. The house itself was spacious. Plenty of games to play, no internet. Good backyard to for kids to play safely. Owner had great communication and happy to help.

Quiet, clean and good location

The house was very clean with ample room for our family of 5. Everything worked fine with no issues. Within walking distance to everything at Kingscote, great views from front deck which was great for meals and relaxing drinks - would be a perfect spot for a hammock? No wi-fi or dvd's so no movies on the colder days when camped up inside.

We had a lovely time at your accommodation. It was very well equipt including lots of little extras included like papertowel, salt pepper etc etc. It was in a good position, with easy walks to restaurants and along the water

Fantastic

The view from the house was amazing and all rooms had comfy beds and were quiet. The front verandah was enormous and the huge outdoor table was our favourite place to be.

Why they chose this property

SeaSee Holiday House is somewhere we like to come for a rest and sit on the deck with a wine and look out to sea, listen to the birds and the sunsets are a treat. SeaSee is easy walking to the center of town and just very relaxing.

What makes this property unique

SeaSee Holiday House has large front windows and sliding doors for the views and not a lot of traffic so noise is at a minimum.
