Our family really enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing Easter holiday at Bay Waters. A great outlook overlooking the quiet waterways of American River. The house was spacious, clean and tidy and the outdoor decking was much enjoyed and well used!

Carol’s house is in a very quiet part of Kangaroo Island, situated in peaceful American River. It was the perfect base for exploring the island. We were able to reach all areas easily from this location. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and the back deck was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing and driving

A gem of a house, we loved the location and the house itself. We stayed here with our family dog across a wintery week. Well located and the rooms were homely and welcoming. We loved the backyard and outdoor setting as well as the fireplace at night. This is ideal for families and it was a very special family holiday for us. Thoroughly recommend!
