Our family has been farming at Penneshaw since 1870. The Hog Bay beach has been our local retreat to fish, swim, socialise and genuinely relax in a beautiful environment. We are privileged to be able to share this wonderful experience to others with our beach house.

Why they chose this property

Talinga Tce is a safe, quiet cul de sac without flow through traffic. It provides easy access to the beach (150m) with cafes, IGA, shops, oval, tennis courts, play ground and skate park at the end of the street (200-300m). How convenient is that! The sculpture trail (with Tamar wallabies) is only 50m away and longer walking trails with more wildlife can be found in Baudin conservation park, 2km. There are pedestrian walkways around the town and onto our very special golf course with magnificent flowering gums trees. Grab your clubs and have a hit.

What makes this property unique

Recently renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and flooring in the bedrooms. Plenty of space to find your own relaxation hideaway. Family friendly games or billiard competition. Awesome views and the best value for money in Penneshaw.
