Girls' Spring Trip

I take my 4-year-old granddaughters on an overnight stay every Spring. They spent part of my stay with me, and then I had some time to myself for the additional night. It was a wonderful stay, and we hope to come back again. The condo is so welcoming and had everything that we needed.

Great Location

The unit was clean and had everything a guest would need to make themselves right at home. As a matter of fact my wife wanted me to ask you what kind of foam topper you had on the master bed? She has never slept so well.

End of Summer Get Away

We loved the location of this condo. We enjoyed walking to lunch downtown each day. We also walked out to the lighthouse several times. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would consider this location again if we return to Grand Haven.

Great spot, would definitely recommend!

Hidden gem in the heart of it all! Quaint home with everything you would need. Plenty of towels and sheets for every guest. Easy walk to downtown and less than a mile walk to the beach. The only two “issues” we had were the master shower and the front door. The master bath shower head is a little wonky - not the best water pressure and the water sprays erratically. The front door would provide more privacy if there were blinds or curtains covering the front door window. Other than that, we enjoyed the space and would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay for our first family vacation to Grand Haven. The beds were very comfortable, beautifully decorated and cozy.The location is awesome! We were able to walk to everything with our 3 year old.

Excellent location and loved the condo. Everything is clean and well stocked. You can easily walk to restaurants and shopping. The only negative is that the listing stated there is a hot tub and there is NOT. I had messaged the management company several times before our stay to ensure there was a hot tub because there were no pictures of it. They provided vague responses which were not accurate. I would; however, stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this condo! It was clean and well stocked with items in the kitchen. We also like that there was a washer and dryer available as well as a a drying rack. It is also within walking distance of restaurants and the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful space and great location!

First of all, kudos to Evolve and our contact Wade for excellent communication prior to our stay! The condo was easily accessible, no stairs, parking right outside the front door. Location was perfect for strolling downtown or along the boardwalk which was right across the street. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and ice cream right across the street!! The accommodations were clean and nicely decorated with everything we needed ie towels, bedding, etc. . We would definitely book another stay!

Summer Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family of four. This could not be in the more perfect as after you park your car you can walk to all of the downtown shops, restaurants, breweries and local ice cream shops. It’s also a great walk to the lake. If we come back, we will book this place again!

Wonderful week for our family!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4 (kids 11 and 15). Great location, can walk to everything in Grand Haven. The kitchen was spacious. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Our son walked to play picket ball every morning at the local courts. Wonderful relaxing week, loved it!

We love it every year!

This is our second year at the property for a winter girls getaway and it was once again great. There was less toilet paper and paper towel than last year (we bought more and left it!) and the internet (and therefore our tv/movie entertainment on a cold winter weekend meant to stay in) was spotty one of the days but we were able to communicate with the property manager and get it fixed. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, Great location!

5 friends on a girls weekend! We absolutely loved it here. We walked to coffee every morning (definitely recommend Aldeas!), shopped, enjoyed great meals and a lovely view of the water right across the street. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. The main bed was very comfortable. The bunk bed mattresses were not so great, unfortunately. They were thin and the bed was VERY squeaky. That was seriously the only downside though- I would 100% recommend staying here
