House 2 suites + 2 apartments - 12 people, Foot of the hill, nature at your window
House 100 meters from the beach
2 suites, 1 very large comfortable and can put a child's cot, the other very comfortable suite, both with closet to accommodate your clothes.
1 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, in front of the bathroom area, the other we call INPS, with 2 large bunk beds and 1 double bed (here the INPS has air conditioning).
Colonial style house, built in 1968, but very well maintained by the Family to this day and with a lot of history.
Very nice barbecue area, spacious, with all utensils and glued on the hill.
Spacious balcony providing great afternoons watching the sunset. UNIQUE Environment - Belvedere, at the top of the house, where you can see the sunset in a nice way and without leaving home.
Garage for 5 cars, wide.
Well equipped kitchen, all necessary utensils for your stay with us.
