Great location and wonderful property with gated/off street private parking lot. Nice balcony if you want to hang out and have a coffee/cocktail. Also walkable to most of what you come to Asheville for. Highly recommend!
The place was beautiful. The host provided some very nice items for us (coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, and facial tissues).The only issue we had was the entry software stopped working for us on the last night. We called the emergency number and got into the building.

The condo was well kept and clean. It had everything we needed and very comfortable furniture. It's a 2 minute walk to Biltmore, which is super convenient for shopping and eating.
This condo is very well appointed, very clean and comfortable too! It is in a great location, very close and walkable to downtown! The parking was very convenient as well. We would definitely rent here again!

Easy, included parking + pet friendly + walkable to both South Slope breweries / food (about 10 mins) and downtown (about 6 mins). Saved us money vs a nearby hotel, too! Very nice condo and building. Note the front door isn't accessible for non-residents.
The condo is perfect!! Walking distance to everything downtown, perfectly clean king beds, gorgeous views the deck was wonderful. This is the perfect place to stay.

Perfect location and excellent accommodations! Only improvement possible would be the availability of two parking spots for this two bedroom unit. We will stay here again.
The property was clean and comfortable. Lots of walkable destinations for shopping or dining. Only drawback is that we are kind of old-school and we had to rely on digital key access to the building and the parking which wasn’t always reliable.
What an amazing condo - hidden gem amongst the trees and walking distance to everything downtown for the Love.Shine.Play yoga festival! I hope I am fortunate enough to get this place again next year!!
The condo fit four adults very comfortably. The location was ideal for walking around downtown Asheville. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely return. The only drawback was that only one phone provides entry into the building. It made having separate plans within our group a bit difficult.
This property was one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed in. It was clean, modern, well appointed and super comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms and bathrooms beautiful. It has a beautiful deck that wraps around 2 sides with nice furniture outside. The location was fantastic. Walking instance to many great restaurants, breweries and coffee stops.

Great property for four people! Everything was clean, comfy beds, and a stocked kitchen. Parking couldn't have been easier with it being right down the hall to the unit. The location was a 0.5 mile walk to just about everywhere so that's hard to beat!
We walked every night for dinner. The place is nice and worked for our needs. Spacious, nice views and the balcony is nice. One of the bedroom doors does not latch and stay closed and should be addressed.
The primary purpose of any lodging is to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, that’s not possible here. The mattress in the master bedroom is extremely lumpy and sunken. It’s clearly very old, and in dire need of replacement. We slept poorly and had sore backs from it. The linens were a poor quality, for example, our duvet did not even have a cover on it. Finally, the pillows were too small for the bed size and smelled stale. The last issue with the master bedroom is that the bathroom has a barn door that has a 1 inch gap on all sides, so there is absolutely no privacy when you use the bathroom.Aside from these issues, the apartment is in an excellent location- you can walk to everything. The apartment itself has a very nice and spacious layout, and is in a beautiful building. The management team was extremely responsive. If they would just fix the bed situation, this would be a five star stay
We came to Asheville for a concert. It was a great location- easy to walk to our favorite shops & restaurants. Spacious enough to not feel crowded together. Very important for independent older kids. We felt comfortable letting them explore on their own.
