This was our second stay here. Fantastic room with great view and easy beach access! Host is super nice and easy to work with. Great location for restaurants and shops. Will be staying here again!

Great condo, fantastic view of the ocean, comfortable balcony seating. Lots of character, nice furnishings, well appointed kitchen. Nice touch to have calm music playing thru the smart TV upon arrival. Comfortable throw blankets and extra fan provided, easy stackable washer/dryer in unit, and extra beach chairs to use when needed. Owner and mgmt very responsive and easy to work with - even gave us good recs for local restaurants. Would highly recommend this condo!

This place was awesome! Do not hesitate to book it, Keith is a great host. They have thought of everything, the kitchen is completely stocked and the views from the balcony are breathtaking.

We had a 5-star experience in this condo! Clean and modern. Great communication with the owner Keith. Beach was not crowded even in the peak of summer. We drank our coffee on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the view. Little things that we very much appreciated...nightstands and outlets on both sides of the bed, extra beach chairs, fans for both bedrooms, lots of dishes and bath towels so I didn't feel the need to be washing all the time. I'm not one to visit the same place twice, but I would absolutely stay here again!

This ocean front property was beautifully decorated and kitchen was extremely well equipped!! Everything you needed was there! The host communicated effectively and responded instantly to any concerns. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this incredible property! Keith is an excellent communicator and even provided some local recommendations before we arrived! The property is even more beautiful in person, impeccably clean and had gorgeous views from the expansive balcony! Having the beach service for chairs and an umbrella was such a wonderful treat, and there are even extra chairs to use, if needed, in the closet. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing and clean beachfront condo perfect for our family of four! The view is great and beach is pristine! The two beach chairs and umbrella service is a plus! Host is very accommodating and gave good recommendations - location is great being right down the road from Seaside. We will come back!

Will definitely stay here again! The boat was super helpful and sent updates to help make our visit perfect. The condo was super clean and decorated perfectly. Beds were comfy and there was nothing they didn’t have that we needed. The condo is perfectly supplied. The views are amazing!

This is the place to spend your Florida vacations. The condo is clean, comfortable beds, thick bathroom towels and the kitchen has everything you need. The pool is clean with nice lounge chairs and tables. Access to the beach is great and the chair service employee were fantastic. We will be back !

10/10, Exceptional condo, excellent amenities, furnishings, location. Detail and attention was given on every level to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning soon. The condo is located perfectly to visit the coastal towns. The beach was beautiful and relaxing. Also, in close proximity are fabulous restaurants to choose from. We visited in February, and the pool was even heated! Communication with the host was also excellent.

Our host and property manager were very attentive and responsive throughout the entire trip. Beautiful condo and in fact probably our favorite in the building. We always stay in this complex because of the unbeatable amenities and views.
