Ultimate Estate on Acre of Land with Pool (across from golf course/near beach)

Summer 2024 almost booked up- but not to worry, we have two other amazing homes down the street available. One in Ocean Grove (9 bedrooms- 2 blocks to beach) and the other is an estate on over 2 acres of land with 7 bedrooms plus a pool house.

Welcome to this Ultimate Estate, sitting on 1 acre of land across the street from a golf course and just 10 minutes to multiple beaches (Asbury Park,Ocean Grove, Belmar, Bradley Beach and Avon-by-the-Sea)!

This 3500 + square foot home has 5 big bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and was recently completely gutted and redone with professional grade appliances. House both in wnd oit were designed to entertain!

If your renting for the winter months, this is a magical winter wonderland. You will feel like your in another country with the 100 plus year old trees towering over the house , dusted in white. It’s truly a spectacular scene.

If you're renting for the warmer days, enjoy the gigantic in-ground SALT WATER pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ ( hard gas line) area with fire pit and all the outdoor games for both children and adults. Custom built in putting green, can jam, foosball, etc. You name it, it's probably there.

Bedroom descriptions:
1st floor: 1 trundle which is 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2)
2nd floor: master bedroom with King sized bed; 1 bedroom with 2 Full sized beds (sleeps 4) and has a crib; 1 bedroom with 1 Queen sized bed (sleeps 2)
3rd floor: 1 futon (sleeps 2), 3 Twin beds (sleeps 3), 1 Queen pull out bed (sleeps 2) - note that the 3rd floor is 750 sq. ft. (apartment like feel), includes a dining table and TV.

We have hired someone to come and wheel the trash down to the curb so no need to do it, but please fill the bins. Trash in bags, recycle can not be bagged up (bottles, cans and cardboard loose)

Awesome big family stay

This was a great place for a multi generation family to get together. We were so lucky to have the pool given the hot weather. House well equipped except for a few small items (like spoons, oddly). Outdoor space the best since the screened in room (with foos ball table) not air conditioned so not a place to hang out.

The house is amazing! Many bedrooms, clean and good for a big family. Pool is ideal. We sent most of our vacation by the pool. Golfers would love this house as it is right across the street & on the Par 4 hole. I watch the golfers tee off while having my tea in the morning. Location is quiet. The beach is 2 1/2 miles by car. George the owner/manager was great, easy to contact.

So much fun!

We loved our stay! Everyone enjoyed swimming in the pool. The trees offered shade so we were all comfortable. Our dog loved the giant yard. We enjoyed watching movies at night in the living room. It was the perfect place for a getaway for the whole family.

The perfect girls getaway

We had a group of 18 women and everyone loved the house. There was plenty of space for everyone and it’s location couldn’t be better. It’s in close proximity to almost every jersey shore hot spot. I highly recommend this space for a weekend getaway with friends.
