Modern and completely renovated home on the North Fork that sits on over an acre of property.

Everything is brand new in the home - beautiful, top of the line appliances, Spanish tile throughout home.

This beautifully modern home features a large outdoor deck with an outdoor living area and a dining room area that overlook the gorgeous grounds and large outdoor pool. Outdoor pavilion includes an outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace with large outdoor TV and additional sectional living room seating. Private and peaceful.

Inside you will find a completely modern and open kitchen and dining area, a family room with fireplace and two bedrooms on the main floor. On the lower level, two more large bedrooms and another family / game room.

Bathrooms are all modern and brand new with state of the art shower systems. Bathroom and bedroom linens all provided.

Washer / Dryer.

Beautiful Peconic Bay is walking distance from the house and North Fork wineries are a few minutes by car.
