Modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, a boasting plenty of space to move, the villa has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning through out.

An open plan living area consisting of dining table and chairs; three seater and two seater lounges with two ottomans, flat screen TV and DVD Player, leading out through sliding doors to the decked alfresco area.

No with guest WiFi

The kitchen features modern appliances, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven & hotplate, plenty of crockery & cookware.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps with a wall mounted TV, and ensuite with large shower, double vanity and separate toilet.

The second bedroom has two king single beds (can be joined together as a king bed) bedside tables and lamps, and wall mounted TV with a semi-ensuite.

The laundry is tucked away off the outdoor decked alfresco area, front loaded washing machine. sink and plenty of cupboard space for storage.

Well located bordering a bush reserve and easy walk through treed footpaths to Dunsborough Town Centre and a short drive to Yallingup Beach.

Lovely little getaway

We love Dunsborough. This property had everything we needed for a perfect little getaway. Kids loved chilling in bed watching tv. We loved the layout, and the cozy feel of the place.

Perfect home away from home

Lovely property in a great location. Well equipped and comfortable for our 3 night stay. Beautiful outlook from the deck overlooking bush land, and super close to town. Only complaint was the super soft master bed. Highly recommend!

Ah! The peace!

We loved the peaceful little block of around 22 individual cabins. The design was very modern the unit very functional for what we wanted. All the mod cons like coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and internet. Close neighbours but very private and quiet.

Enjoyable Comfortable Stay

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the property as it was modern, clean and comfortable. It would been good if the description included the split level construction, and relatively tight parking / driveway access for large vehicles. There were no facewashers provided in the linen. Otherwise ver comfortable and very well appointed unit, the overall site could do with improved signage as in the night it is very hard to see from the road out of Dunn's borough. We had a great time.
