It consists of a living room with a sofa, 2 poufs, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The living room opens onto a large covered south-facing terrace with a garden enclosed by a gate (garden furniture with 1 table and 6 armchairs as well as 4 deckchairs).
The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished (fridge-freezer; microwave combination oven; dishwasher; ceramic hob; washing and drying machine; Nespresso coffee machine) with an island that can accommodate 4 people thanks to its extension.
There is also a bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190) with the possibility of installing a cot for a baby as well as a cabin bedroom with a bed for 2 people (140x190). The bedding is new and of quality.
The bathroom has a shower and a large sink. The toilets are independent.

Possibility to provide on request a free "baby welcome" pack including: cot with a real mattress, high chair, changing mat and baby bath.

Option of household linen including: towels and bath, bath mat, complete bed linen and tea towels. Price of 20 € per person whatever the duration of the stay. To book at the latest one week before arrival in the apartment and to be paid on site.
