Beachside - 5 Bedroom House Close to the Beach

A very private and spacious property in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Set amongst tropical gardens, Beachside is a one minute walk to the sands of Four Mile Beach and less than five minutes drive from the village centre and marina.
The house is fully furnished with quality furniture, fittings and fixtures throughout. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and windows with insect screens.
The main living area is open plan with a kitchen, dining and lounge area. The open lounge has a comfortable lounge setting, with Smart TV, DVD player as well as unlimited NBN broadband internet.
The kitchen includes hotplates with rangehood, electric and microwave ovens, a large 2-door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a second full-size drinks fridge and a dishwasher. The cupboards are filled with china, glasses, cutlery and cookware to make your stay comfortable.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with BBQ and an additional outdoor extendable dining setting. This patio has a fantastic setting amongst tropical and native gardens that back onto a seasonal creek.
The main residence has three large bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the remaining bedrooms share a second bathroom with freestanding bath, shower and toilet.
The garden studio is an ideal separate space for teenagers, grandparents and others. It has two bedrooms one with 2 Single beds, kitchenette and bathroom. The other bedroom has the option of either a King bed or 2 Singles and also has a dining table, TV and DVD with outdoor access to another shower and toilet.
The option is available to holiday let the main house only, 3 bedrooms (King, 2 Singles/King, 2 Singles/King + Single) and 2 bathrooms, for a maximum of 7 guests. Please contact the office to discuss the nightly rate for the main house only.

Family gatherings

Overall it was good. Kitchen provided everything however cooking on an electric stove was shocking as it would turn off and back on. Ants in outer bathroom area. Crabs came up from creek and in outer bedroom area and couple around the pool

Hi Geneva Thank you for your comments, we hope you enjoyed your stay. Sorry you did not enjoy using the cooktop, it does take time to get used to if you do not have one at home, but it is quite normal for the plates to cycle on and off to maintain an even temperature at the heat selection that has been chosen. Thank you for letting us know about the ants in the outside bathroom, we couldn't find any after you left but will certainly keep an eye out, and treat them if necessary. It is quite unusual to see crabs in the garden! They are native to freshwater creeks such as the creek at the bottom of the garden, these small crustaceans take advantage of the tropical weather to leave their burrows to feed on algae after the long dry season. We hope we can welcome you back again with your family :)

Fantastic house, pool and garden

We loved our stay at this house. The bungalow was perfect for the four kids, the pool was nice and the garden was a tropical paradise. Short walk to a beautiful beach too. We will be back!

Beachside was exactly what we as a family was hoping for. It easily accomadated the 8 adults for the week. As we ate in most nights the fully equipted kitchen was fantastic as was the out door entertainment area. It's easy walk (150m) to the beach was also a bonus.
