Very Close to the Greenslopes Private Hospital and easy walk to corner shopping centre. Perfect for patients and family undergoing treatment in the Greenslopes Private Hospital or the PA Hospital

10 minute bus trip to the PA Hospital. Bus to the PA is at your door and stops out the front of the PA Hospital or its a 1.8km walk.

Located 5 kilometers south of the Brisbane city Centre on the border of Greenslopes and Coorparoo. Express bus to the City at your front door (Translink 208 service) Enjoy Brisbane 10 minutes away

Large one bedroom private ground floor apartment. Beautifully renovated and restored. Large comfortable chaise lounge and 52inch plasma television, including DVD player.

Air- conditioned large main bedroom, queen size bed with beautiful linen and ensuite bathroom.

Large walk in robe and beautiful french doors opening to outside private undercover verandah.

Fully self contained kitchen and laundry facilities. Portable two burner cooktop also provided to cook you favorite home cook meals. BBQ also available for outdoor dining. Kitchen is fully contained with all you need to cook all your meals.

Jump on the Express city bus at the front door and go to Brisbane City and popular attractions within 10-15 minutes.

Ideally location for those visiting loved ones in the Mater Hospital , Mater Kids or the new Lady Cilento Children's Hospital. Bus stops at the Mater Hill Station. Less than 1 kilometer east of the Greenslopes Private Hospital also.

Comfortable & Convenient Accommodation

My 2 year old daughter & I stayed at Clancy's for 2 weeks, whilst waiting for our second baby to arrive. The apartment was very comfortable for us. It was close enough to walk to the hospital & shops. The Greenslopes area is quite hilly, so it made walking a tad difficult at times, especially whilst pushing a pram. Kelly & Michael were fabulous landlords & couldn't have done more for us. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone needing access to the medical facilities in this area. The bed was so comfortable & it felt like home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Kelly. The distance from the hospital and the City was only minutes from where we lived, well positioned to everything. The accommodation offered everything we needed, a real home away from home. Will stay again next time in Brisbane.

My husband and I recently stayed for just one night, as we needed to be close to the hospital for test. We absolutely loved the place; the space is huge, lounge super comfy, and the linen on the bed was beautiful (better than any hotel I've stayed in!). Free wifi and added bonus Will definitely be rebooking next time we're in Brisbane, hopefully for pleasure, so we can stay a bit longer and make better use of the lovely outdoor living space and BBQ! Thanks so much Kelli for everything, you made what was a stressful time for us so much easier, and the place is an absolute credit to you. Hopefully see you soon

Great location and massive apartment.

We stayed at Clancy's and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The booking process was swift with regular with timely communications throughout the booking process. The apartment was beautiful, lovely furniture and everything your need to cook in but there are a lot of nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the property. We loved having the city bus at our front door and visited Southbank and the City with ease, about a 10 minute trip. . The apartment is very large and clean and has cool breezes through the many French doors. It's also air conditioned and has heating for winter nights, although we didn't need to turn it on. We are coming back to Brisbane at the end of the year and have already booked , Clancy's is much better than any hotel we have stayed at in Brisbane.
