Cape Woolamai Family Beach House (Sleeps 16)

Free Wi-Fi provided. In the main living area Stan and Binge are available via an Apple TV which also streams free to air TV and YouTube.

The property is located in a quiet street opposite a children's playground and is only a short walk to Cape Woolamai shops and the beach. This is a fantastic family friendly holiday home that is suitable for 3-4 families or small groups. With easy open plan living, the main living area is lovely and sunny and has polished timber floor boards, a split system for heating and cooling, a HUGE modular lounge, a BIG 60" flat screen TV and a BluRay player.

There is a central dining table with seating for 8 plus an extendable table with additional chairs and five bar stools at the kitchen bench, so there will be seating ample dining seating for everyone. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with ample crockery and cutlery for up to 16 guests. There is an electric oven and hot plates, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. Everything has been considered. There is a huge double door fridge/freezer and a separate fridge and plenty of platters and salad bowls for alfresco dining on the deck.

The deck is accessed by sliding doors off the lounge. The backyard is fully fenced and private. There is an outdoor setting and two gas BBQs that are perfect for Summer BBQs. There is also a small grassy area for the kids to play and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after the beach.

There are 4 Queen bedrooms all with ceiling fans and 2 bedrooms that each have a tri bunk (double and single) and a separate single bed . Both bunk rooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV for the kids.

There are 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath and a shower. The laundry is well equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. This house has everything you will need for a family summer holiday, weekend away or track events.

There is ample off street parking and plenty of room for a boat.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a wood heater, sofas, a TV and a pool table that doubles as a table tennis/air hockey table.

The house is directly opposite a park that has a fully enclosed children's playground and a large open playing area with a basketball ring.

This really is a fantastic affordable family getaway.

Great holiday house. Convenient location, walking distance to the beach and kids enjoyed the games room and park across the street. We were a group of 8 adults and 5 kids. It was a comfortable about of living space and the kitchen catered well for cooking for a large group. Really enjoyed our stay.

A brilliant weekend

This beautiful home was all we expected from the photos and more. Family Stay at Cape Woolamai

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was lots of space to spread out and relax with a spacious lounge area, the covered patio and the games room. The rooms were a good size and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. The location close to the shops was really handy - near a cafe for morning coffee, the local pub and a local convenience store. It was a bit further to walk to the beach, but still an easy walk. And the other beaches are a short drive away. Thanks to the hosts for being so easy to deal with and making our stay so great!

Perfect Family Getaway

We visited in the middle of winter but still enjoyed walking to the beach just up the road and the playground directly opposite the property. Thankfully the house was nice and warm when we arrived and stayed a great temperature the whole weekend. We had young children with us as well as adults and found it the perfect combination of rooms and living areas for our family. The outside area and shed with games were great for entertaining ourselves. A lovely big house in a great location close to the beach.

Beautifully Clean and Fresh.

Loved the house. As soon as you walked through the door it had such a fresh crisp clean feel to it. It catered to all ages with the games garage handy for our younger teens and also Spotify and Netflix on offer in the lounge. Our 4 year old also enjoyed the park directly across the road and the beach only a few minutes away. Loved it highly recommend for families looking for plenty of room inside and out also
