A modern and spacious home away from home. Floor to ceiling bifold doors in the large open plan living area gives you a space that flows seamlessly from indoors to outside.
Four bedrooms:
1. Master Bedroom: 1 x Super King Bed plus ensuite bathroom
2. 1 x Queen Bed
3. 1 x Queen Bed
4. 1 x Bunk bed (Double bed on bottom, single bed ontop)
This home is the perfect location near a beautiful beach and so close to everything to make it a stress free and relaxing holiday. Only a very easy 400m walk from the beautiful Ruakaka beach. The beach is a white sand surf patrolled beach. A 3 minute drive to Ruakaka township. Where there is a major supermarket, pharmacy and Doctors clinic. 5 minutes drive to the Marsden Cove marina, which has superb boat launching facilities. Only 10 minute drive to the historic township Waipu.
This home is only a 90 minute drive north of Auckland and a 20 minute drive south of Whangarei city.
This is our family home. Please be respectful by keeping it a smokefree home, no pets and no social gatherings or parties please.
