Welcome to stunning Sanibel Surfside #226, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach side condo offering all the luxuries of home plus the Gulf of Mexico in your backyard! This quaint island complex is nestled in the heart of Sanibel Island and features a relaxing vacation environment with the convenience of being so close to many island restaurants, shopping and the island-wide bike path. Stay just steps to the beach where you can enjoy your mornings shelling and sunning and savor the afternoons by cooling off in the heated community pool. Don't miss out on this incredible island oasis for your next Sanibel vacation!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in-suite washer & dryer, screen & glass enclosed lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, 1 tennis & 2 pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

Great ocean view condo with easy walking to the beach, great heated pool and lots of beach supplies!

Truly enjoyed our 10 day stay in this Surfside Condo. Unit has been recently updated and has an open kitchen that was the best stocked kitchen we have ever rented! We love to stay in and cook after a long day at the beach and this kitchen had every dish, tool and appliance that we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable and the unit was immaculate! 10 very large and plush beach towels for our use as well as umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards sand toys and a beach wagon to carry everything to the beach. We had a spectacular time. Will definitely stay here again.

I was initially disappointed in the lack of full beach view, but you can see a little bit of water from the lanai and the comfort and updated features in the condo made up for the decreased view. Wonderful Family Vacation!

We stayed for a week in June and had a great time. The check in/out process was very easy through SBL vacations and we loved the convenience of ordering bikes for delivery and pickup when we arrived. The property is beautiful as advertised and had everything we needed for the beach including towels, beach toys, floats, chairs, and wagon. The property is located near lots of bike trails, restaurants and shops. The quick walk to the beach was easy with our 1.5 year old and all the gear. We enjoyed using the tennis courts, pool, shuffle board and grills that were all well maintained. Covered parking space was great to have, too. We will definitely be back and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful Upscale Condo in perfect condition

This condo is beautiful with many upscale features not usually found in a rental unit. My husband and I were so comfortable with the floorplan, upscale kitchen, and beautiful furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Tile floors, upscale wood cabinets with under counter lighting. Ceramic tile floors throughout. Exceptionally clean. Furnished screened porch. The covered carport was appreciated. Just a brief walk to beach, bike trails. Restaurants and shopping a brief car ride away. I would stay again in a heartbeat..

Lovely place in a great location!

We loved our stay at Sanibel Surfside. The location is great- super close to the beach on a lovely and quiet area of Sanibel. The condo is thoughtfully equipped with everything that you need and suited our family of two adults and two toddlers perfectly. We will definitely visit again!
