We wished we had a better understanding of moving the car during the street cleaning but it all worked out because we were gone that day. We were lucky so it is not the VRBO's fault. But maybe put info in future bookings.

The filter on the ac unit was very dirty so we cleaned that to see if it would help and it did not. The walls could use a good scrub as there were quite a few cobwebs. Also, the coffee table was very wobbly, to the point where you would not want to out anything on it. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean.

We love that are guests are getting out and about to the many restaurants within walking distance and the nearby Shaw-Howard Metro Station. Take the Green Line Metro south just 3 stops south to the National Archives which is on the Mall!!

Stayed for a week to see the sights around DC. The apartment was clean, quiet, and close to Trader Joe's, restaurants, and the best coffee we've had on a trip (the Coffee Bar is just a short walk away). Was a very pleasant stay!

The property is very nice and clean. It is located in a nice, safe and friendly neighbourhood with plenty of options for restaurants at 14th street. We have enjoyed a lot and would certainly recommend to stay here as a family of up to 4 persons.
