For winter warmth there is both split system air conditioning and a combustion stove which gives you warmth at the flick of a switch AND the glorious ambience of a wood fire. In summer, the split system air cond (and the lovely sea breezes) will do the trick.

Situated just one street back from the gorgeous beach at Carrickalinga, this large house has glorious sea views that will thrill you! If you want a holiday at the beach, then its all about the view and this property delivers in spades! Within almost a stones throw to the sandy beach, from this private vantage point you can even see the local dolphins swim by…

This elevated storey home is built of double brick throughout, internally & externally, with huge oregon beams featuring in the raked ceilings of the large open plan living area. There are 2 balconies to relax on, with a view of the sea from either.

The magnificently renovated top floor has the master bedroom, guest room & 3rd bedroom with a family bathroom to share. The beds are styled with designer linen.

Downstairs is a games room with a play station, BOSE Stereo System, pool table and a table tennis table. A brilliant holiday treat for kids and adults alike!

There is a handy second, after the beach bathroom on the ground floor, along with a very large garage suitable for a boat. Please note that there is no internal access between two floors.

The property sleeps 6 adults the top bunk beds are not suitable for adults

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

Your pets are very welcome indoors!

The rear yard is fenced at a height of 3'. If you don't want to leave pets inside when you go out, you can leave them securely in the garage or in the back yard.

The front yard is not fully fenced.

Note: The ice maker/water chiller in the fridge is not available.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply to $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.

Please note that this property doesn't accept 25 December Arrival/Departure.
