Luxurious, clean and contemporary, Apartment 2 is located on the edge of the CBD and is the perfect base for your Hobart stay.  
With two spacious bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes, hotel quality beds and linens, electric blankets, extra wool blankets, block-out blinds, remote control ceiling fans/lights and electric heating; the apartment comfortably sleeps 5 singles, families with up to 3 children and couples. Beds can be configured to suit your stay.
In your ‘home away from home’, you can choose to eat in and cook in your fully equipped, modern kitchen, or dine out at one of Hobart’s many award-winning restaurants. The apartment also features a bathroom with heated tiled floor, hairdryer and hotel quality towels; laundry with washing machine, dryer and trough; iron, ironing board, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner; flat screen televisions; air-conditioning/heat pump in the living areas; and lots of added extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The apartment has a lovely petite, enclosed courtyard that can be accessed from the sliding glass door in the lounge. For children, the apartment has a small selection of books, toys, games, DVDs, melamine dinnerware, plastic tumblers. A port-a-cot, high chair and baby bath are available upon request. Note: Child prices are for children 12 years and under. Please state ages of children when booking.
There is free off-street car parking for 1 car and fast NBN wi-fi. Being in the heart of Hobart, the apartment is only a 6 minute walk to the CBD shopping precinct and a 15 minute stroll to Hobart’s historic waterfront with its cafes, restaurants, boutique art and craft shops and galleries, Salamanca Market on Saturday’s and ferries to MONA, Bruny Island and Peppermint Bay. Major sporting venues and beaches are only a 6-10 minute drive away.

- A comfortable single rollaway bed or port-a-cot can be located in Bedroom 1 for the 5th person.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out: 
Load and start the dishwasher 
Gather used towels 
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish 
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys 
Check-out is prior to 10:00am.  Late check-outs may be possible but must be arranged in advance of departure. A fee of $50 per hour may apply, depending on the duration. 
Upon check-out, ensure the apartment is left in a clean and tidy state like when you checked in.  Please wash up dirty dishes and empty all rubbish bins and place waste in the Council bins.   
There is no need to strip bed linen, but used towels should be placed in the shower cubicle. All keys/fobs must be left on the dining room table. There is a $100 replacement fee for lost keys. 
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
