Dockside is a family friendly holiday home located on the picturesque waterways of Manduarah. Just 1 hour from Perth Airport, 2 minutes from Mandurah central and directly on the Waterside Canals, it is the ideal location for your next holiday.

Mandurah Canals offers a relaxing, serene environment for both kids and adults. Each day you will wake up to the beautiful views, wildlife, sounds and atmosphere the canals have to offer. Enjoy the clean canal waterways with a paddle or swim and look out for a dolphin or two. Some of Mandurah’s pristine beaches are only a short car or boat ride away. Enjoy the scenic walkways and riding paths nearby, and the many cafe's and restaurants Mandurah has to offer.

Home Specifications

Dockside is north facing, equipped with a 12 meter private dock and a large fenced grass yard. The boat launch is located 2 minutes down the road.

The home sleeps 10 children/adults comfortably with 1 Kings size bed, 2 queen beds, 2 singe beds in a large room and one 2 single bedroom (with the option to convert this to a King room). The master bedroom overlooks the water and is complete with a full ensuite. The second bathroom houses a shower/bath with a separate toilet.

The home is openly spaced and can easily accommodate extra mattresses and baby cots. The Kitchen is full equipped with all the essential appliances and equipment necessary for your holiday. Both bath and bedroom linen is supplied. A comfortable sitting area is lined with large windows overlooking the water.

An outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ and bar fridge along with a 8 seater dining table is perfect for those balmy summer nights over looking the water.

Perfect location on the canal with room on the jetty for a big boat. A very nice & comfortable home. We even manage to catch a few size crabs off the jetty.

Best getaway for a ladies retreat

This beautiful property is the ideal location for our women’s retreat. It has everything we need to make our stay a really comfortable & enjoyable one. Will definitely be coming back again. The owner is also very communicative and accessible. Great rental place for a large family too!

We always have the most relaxing stay here!!! There's loads of space for the kids to play with grass, a deck for a sunset drink or morning coffee and bbq w outdoor dining option too. So clean and comfortable! Recent renovations to bathrooms/laundry, new flooring and an additional loungeroom....with a fooseball table for the kids 🙌🏼 We will be back 😀

Wonderful relaxing weekend

This was a lovely, roomy house in a wonderful location. Very clean and organized. One suggestion is some champagne 🍾 flutes. Also to gain access to the keys in the lock box it said to go through the gate on the right which was locked so it was a bit confusing when we first got there and the lock box was hard to open. These were all very minor things because we loved the house and our weekend stay and all said we would return 💖

Comfort and serenity

This place is amazing! Great location, big house, beautifully furnished and decorated and supplied with everything we needed. Definitely a 'go to' place if you want serenity and not too far from amenities. As for negatives, and this would be really nitpicking , a couple of the doors had squeaky hinges. Didn't bother us though and would have sprayed them myself if I had CRC in the car. Consider this place, its worth it!

Beautiful place

Came down to play in a golf tournament with 6 others and the house was perfect for our group. Well equipped kitchen and enough room for all of us. The house was spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Jackie's Landing on The Canals is the ideal place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The house is perfect for a family holiday or get together with friends having plenty of bedrooms and beds.
