The Apt. Had a very cozy vibe, convenient location close to a CVS, Supermarket, Restaurants ( delicious food), it was a pretty little town, many hiking trails and Huckleberry was an experience to remember, loved it.

Great clean spot , nice area , easy access. Stayed here with a friend for the weekend had a great time. Only very minor issue were very old mattresses

Excellent area

Property was exactly what I was looking for. 15 min. from skiing and in area where everything i needed was walking distance...i.e. Grocery store, cvs, liquor store, food cafe. Hostess replied to any questions I had immediately. Very happy with my stay

Small town comfort and hospitality

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in Margaretville for a few days to get out of the city for a few days. This apartment was a splendid and comfortable space that was perfect for the time we stayed. With the convenient location of a cafe, general store and many other amenities we were able to rest easy knowing we had nothing to worry about as far as supplies went. Susan was a tremendous host who provided everything we needed and answered every question we had promptly. If we stay in Margaretville again this will definitely be on our list of places to stay again.

Enjoyed our stay!

I stayed in Sue's apartment for two nights during a ski weekend with two children. We had a pleasant time in Margaretville. The apartment was clean and as described. We really appreciated that the unit was warm upon arrival. Communicating with Sue was super easy. She is very responsive. We look forward for our next stay in early February!

This is a Unique property that sits on the Binnekill Stream in the Heart of Margaretville Village, it has a mix of apartments and retail spaces. The apartments are perfect for a Getaway in the Catskills or for those that don't want or need an entire house rental and still want more than a motel, The apartments are cozy, and clean and I enjoy making my guests feel welcome.

What makes this property unique

The Apartments are located in the Village of Margaretville just on the edge of the Forever Wild Catskills Park with 700,000 acres of land for you to explore. We are close to two ski mountains, Bellaryre and Plattekill Mountains with Windham and Hunter about 45 minutes away, We are centrally located to hiking, fishing, hunting, shopping, restaurants, cafes, wedding venues, and all that the Beautiful Catskills has to offer.

You can even come to stay with us and not need a car, you can walk to all the basic amenities, hiking trails and the river are a short walk away and the Trailways bus drops you off a mile away!
