Furnished modern coach house in Cambie Village area. Our home boasts quality appliances and has been designer decorated with all amenities to nest in a new comfortable living space. Our coach house is a 2 bedroom and sleeps up to 4 people.
Walking distance to boutique stores on Cambie, many ethnic eateries, funky watering holes, and unique retail shops in this trendy area. Just a 4 block walk to King Edward Skytrain, which gets you downtown in less than 10 minutes.
Our coach house has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, the other with a double in the second bedroom, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Our home is 700 square feet over 2 floors
I will make arrangements in advance to meet guests to hand over keys
Our home is only a few short blocks from Starbucks, a grocery store, small movie theatre, restaurants, drug store, along with other amenities
Our home is 4 blocks to the Kind Edward skytrain station which gets you downtown in 5 minutes or 3 stops. We are 1/2 block to a major bus route as well.
We do ask for passport information from guests booking long term from out of country.
No smoking of any kind inside the house, all tenants must abide by recycling, compost, and garbage bylaws or risk losing damage deposit
No large parties

Access to house must be provided when a viewing is requested for future tenancy. We will always provide a minimum of 48 hours notice

We have lived in the Cambie/Main Str area for 16 years and chose this area because it is in a trendy neighbourhood close to schools, the famous Queen Elizabeth Park, the new Hillcrest community centre built for the 2010 Olympic curling,, many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores within walking distance, yet only a 5 minute drive to the downtown core, or going south you would get to the airport in 10-15 minutes.
We have a young family and enjoy all the amenities that our community and Vancouver has to offer.

Our home is very centrally located 1 block to Cambie Street & 4 blocks to the King Edward Skytrain station, which gets you downtown going north in 3 stops or 5 minutes. Going south the Canada Line Skytrain will take you straight to the airport in 10-15 minutes.
