Located 5 minutes from down town Moab and 10 minutes to Arches National park is the perfect location for your trip to Moab. This contemporary masterpiece is stocked with everything you will need to make your stay with us a perfect 10. This homes comes with an oversized 2 car garage with automatic Jeep cover lift and plenty of parking for all your toys. You will enjoy all the views Moab has to offer with large patios and custom built in fire pit for those amazing Moab nights with unmatched star gazing.

We have 2 additional homes next to this property if you need additional accommodations as well as another 5 close by.

SUITE #1 - King Bed with ensuite bath, this suite offers large flat screen TV and large closet and luxurious spa like shower. Watch your favorite shows on a Smart TV. The suite is very large and can easily accommodate additional guest beds.

SUITE #2 - King Bed and Queen Sleeper sofa with ensuite bath, this suite offers large flat screen TV and large closet and luxurious spa like shower. Watch your favorite shows on a Smart TV. The suite is very large and can easily accommodate additional guest beds.

SUITE #3 - Two Queen Beds with ensuite bath, this suite offers large flat screen TV and large closet and luxurious spa like shower. Watch your favorite shows on a Smart TV.

LOFT - These 2 beds are oversized twin beds and located in the upstairs loft area and come with privacy curtains for guest comfort. The beds are large enough for adults as well as kids.

You have access to 3 additional Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. These will be made up at guest request and can be placed in multiple rooms upon arrival.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 8-person private hot tub.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group sectional couch, 3 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 65" Smart TV and entertain system. Perfect for watching movies or the game. We have Direct Tv with a premier package for plenty of options.

GARAGE: Park your vehicles or toys in a oversized double car garage. There is a electric wench lift in each garage for easy removal and storage of your jeep top.

GAME ROOM: Located in the garage with Ping Pong Table (can be folded and stored) 55" Flat Screen TV, Dart Board

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sun shade. We have a new 8 person spa purchased in 2019 for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. Sit in the evening around the custom built fire pit with room for everyone.

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Ken's Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. Soft straps are provided to strap onto your car and take to the lake or river.

HOT TUB ON PATIO: This hot tub is private and is open YEAR ROUND. It was purchased in 2022 and is always kept in pristine condition.

OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL: A swimming pool and is located a quick 2 minute walk from the home. This is available as part of the Homeowner's Association (HOA). Please note, the pool is SEASONAL AND MAY BE CLOSED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HOA FOR WEATHER AND MAINTENANCE. The pool and hot tub are most often available April 1st - November 1st. We provide beach towels for all our guests.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

We had a great stay! Between shuffleboard, the hot tub, the firepit, and the community pool, we plenty to do when not out hiking on in Arches/Canyonlands. The property was exceptionally clean.

Family hiking trip

I was very happy with the easy check in process and communication throughout our stay. The property is in very good condition and very well equipped. We did not use the hot tub or outside fire pit, but enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here!

Our family had an amazing time at this gorgeous property. Everything was perfect. The beds were heavenly and the set up of the property was perfect. White Rim 3369 is a beautiful home, full of everything you need. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you think you'll need. Linens were soft. Lots of extra blankets. From privacy curtains for the bunks to hot tub towels to summer outside toys.... This place was excellent and met all of our needs. Hosts were quick to respond with questions. Definately recommend!

Moabpalooza

Great place. Had a mix of mountain bikers and a couple jeeps. Nice that the trailered jeeps could easily unloaded and parked out back. Nice views, good provisioned kitchen, lots of games, grill, fire pit and hot tub. To get to the 12 capacity, several need to share beds which is something to adjust for. Overall easy as it gets, good communication, brand new, very clean, highly recommend- plan to repeat.

It was very hard to regulate the temperature in the bedrooms but especially in the master bedroom. The problem is the temperature sensor is not in the bedrooms. We had to wake up at night to adjust the temperature.

Beautiful house in a great location!

Pros: House was beautiful. View was amazing. Hot tub and ping pong were nice added bonuses. Location was terrific! Beds were so comfortable. Cons: It looks like they might be developing the land behind the house eventually. If that happens the hot tub and fire pit lose their privacy and the view would be greatly impacted. This is not a negative about the current state of the house so it doesnt effect the 5 star review! Also going from the bedrooms to the bathrooms in the upstairs rooms was a painful experience. There need to be transition pieces from the bathroom tile to the bedroom carpet. If you don't step over it, you're going to step directly on a tack strip and that can be quite painful.

Best rental in Moab

We come to Moab to mountain bike every few years. Rentals are all pretty much the same - beds are terrible, hot tub is broken, towels are like sandpaper.... This place was, well, wonderful. Yes it's a bit out of town. Trust me, it's worth the drive. This place felt like a nice home. Towels were perfect, beds were really comfortable, hot tub worked and was hot, fire pit is amazing, kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils that are high quality and the property clean. We will come back here next time we visit. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location with Incredible Views

Loved the property. Beautiful views. The hot tub works! So rare at these rentals. The place is spacious, clean and well-designed for 3 couples. The BBQ grill works really well. All in all the experience lived up to expectations for a property that is not inexpensive to rent per night. Great access to town, the La Sal mountains and the off-road trails. Thank you Kenny!

Moab Family Trip

This property is fantastic!! My family of 11- ages ranging from 8 to 74 all stayed here for three nights. It was a perfect location. My dad and mom enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and coffee each morning looking at the view of the La Sal mountains. Our kids all loved the ping pong table in the garage as well as hot tub!! We were about 10 minutes from town. We enjoyed a Sunset Safari Tour and Rafting trip with Moab Adventure Center. Hiked in Arches and Canyonlands as well - both were very close to our house. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook several meals while staying as well as do laundry!! House is three bedrooms but has enough beds to sleep 12 comfortably. We would love to stay again here one day.

Great Home in a Perfect Location to National Parks

This home is beautiful, well maintained and spotless. The amenities are superb and it is well stocked for a very enjoyable stay. The location to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands can’t be beat. It is close to downtown Moab but far enough away from the party aspect of a very busy town on a Jeep Safari week. (We were visiting for hiking in the parks and we’re delighted to be outside of downtown). We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Peace and quiet

We truly relaxed the past few days. The property is in a very quiet location while also accessible to Town and the parks. Hot tub and fireplace made for lovely evenings. The house is very well equipped for cooking (though we did not). Beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!

Nice property, just outside of town

The property & experience largely resembled the pictures and descriptions, so there were no real negative surprises. It was clean and had a few extras, like laundry soap and paper towels, that were nice for a family. We enjoyed a few of the amenities like the hot tub and table tennis and cooked a few meals in the kitchen. Good launch point for Moab activities.
