Condo With a View!

River Strand condo overlooking the 7th hole on Estuary. Stunning views overlooking an active wildlife sanctuary. Enjoy the quiet, serene setting from your kitchen, living room, or screened lanai. You’ll see a variety of birds and ducks at any given moment along with the gator that cruises the lake daily. Catching a glimpse of the occasional otter, white pelicans, or bobcat is a special treat.

The condo is beautifully furnished with king size beds in each bedroom, both with upgraded closets to maximize storage. Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor electric grill, and outdoor storage closet for beach/pool supplies.

Rental includes transfer membership giving you access to 27 holes of exceptional golf, 8 tennis courts, 2 fitness centers, and resort style pools throughout the community. There is a one time $535 membership transfer fee that is not included in the base price on VRBO. If you wish to access the amenities and golf, this fee must be paid upon arrival. Three month minimum in season.

Summer golf course maintenance closures typically run on a four week schedule keeping 18 holes available for play.

My wife and I enjoyed our time in the condo but it was time to get more space as we are starting to grow our family. The community is fantastic and that’s why we purchased a home 1/2 a mile away within RS. Hoping that gives you comfort knowing we are close by to accommodate special requests during your stay or to address any issues that may require immediate attention.

Great 2 months stay!

We had a great 2 month stay in this condo. Great location with comfy beds, quiet, friendly neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the golf course. Chris provided everything we needed so it felt like our "home away from home".

Great 2 month stay!

Awesome pond view with so many different birds to watch, plus a couple gators! Golf course was excellent and we enjoyed many days at the pickleball courts. We had a very comfortable stay and Chris, the owner, was very quick to respond if we had any questions.

Chris was an amazing host!! He allowed an early check in and late check out, which helped us immensely. The property was just what we needed while waiting to close on our house in Lakewood Ranch. There was an issue with the dryer, we texted Chris and he was there to fix it in 15 minutes.

We stayed the entire summer in this condo and had the BEST situation. The owner is very kind and attentive, the condo is set up to accommodate your every need. The view from the lanai is OUTSTANDING. The amenities in the community are fantastic - particularly the lazy River. I can’t say enough good things about this rental.

Great stay with a view in Riverstrand

Comfortable condo overlooking the 7th fairway on the Estuary course along with a water view with lots of wildlife. The condo has everything one needs for an extended stay and even has an electric grill. Great resort style pools on the premises along with golf. The owner’s are very accommodating and make sure that all of your needs are taken care of. We can’t thank them enough for their great communication to ensure that we enjoyed our time there. The property is close to major grocery stores and also near the Ellenton outlet mall and UTC shopping. Beaches are also just a 20-30 minute drive. We can’t wait to stay again next year!

Lovely gated community

Very comfortable condo with all necessary and extra amenities. The owner gave us a tour of the facility and left a list of nearby activities, emergency contacts, etc. Took care of any repairs quickly. We made use of the pools and pickleball courts, yoga classes, etc. It's a well organized, active commu ity. The beds were comfortable. We would recommend more comfortable furniture in the lanai. We loved watching birds and alligator in the backyard pond. Overall a great stay.

Great place and great host!

We were very happy and comfy in and with this place and working with Chris was a pleasure. The location was handy — loved being so close to Costco — and the surrounding property was so nice for taking walks, enjoying the wildlife and the sunshine. Pools were beautiful and the hubby enjoyed the pickleball. Didn’t do much else there as far as golfing or anything. Bed was great and internet and tv were just fine. We feel like we picked a good one!!!

Excellent condo!

Had an amazing stay in River Strand. The condo had a great view, with many windows looking out onto an awesome view. We watched alligators, bunnies, armadillos, and tons of birds from our living room and kitchen! Chris the Property Manager, came and welcomed us, and was always there for us when we had any questions. The condo had every amenity possible, and having the restaurant, gym, & golf available made our stay even better! Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation Condo in River Strand, Bradenton FL

This was a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo overlooking a peaceful and beautiful estuary. The condo was immaculate and our host, Chris, was wonderful. Chris was just a text away if we needed anything The River Strand community was a perfect location. We enjoyed the tennis, golf, pickleball, pool and all activities available. The Club offered wonderful dining options. We were an easy drive to the beach and waterfront restaurants.

First impression - WOW, how nice is this. The condo was very clean and had all the convenient and essential materials to make your stay complete. Fantastic Property!

My husband and I stayed at the property for two + months. The condo is just perfect! The furnishings are well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked nicely. And Trust me when I tell you, the master closet is just AMAZING!! We felt immediately at home upon our arrival. Chris, the owner is quick to answer any questions or concerns we had (which were very little). You will receive paperwork which explains everything very well. He Also makes mention of the best restaurants, stores, markets, hair salons etc. in the area, which was very helpful. There is a nice desk area off the kitchen that was extremely helpful as I work from home. So many positives!!! The area has everything you need. Very private and we always felt safe. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks to Chris and Wendy for sharing your lovely home with us!!!
