LAZY DAYZ SHELLHARBOUR is a fully self contained 2 bedroom unit in ever popular Barrack Point. It is conveniently located less then 5 minutes walk to Warilla Bowling Club, 2 beaches and ever popular Little Lake Reserve . As well, it is only a 15 minute stroll along the beach to vibrant Shellharbour Village known for its numerous cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping and of course Shellharbour Hotel.

There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a queen bed and the other which has 2 single beds and both include a wardrobe for your belongings.The living area is beautifully presented and includes 2 lounges, one of which converts into a sofa bed if required for a 5th person. This modern spacious unit can cater to anyone's needs -whether you are a couple looking at some time away from home or family or friends coming along as well , plus if there is a 5th person we have the double sofa available . The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, fridge and all kitchen applicances. Other features include a full sized bathroom , lovely little courtyard to enjoy sitting in the sun , reverse-cycle air conditioning and TV/DVD with NETFLIX plus a huge range of DVDs to watch. There is also a large range of books to read or games to play if you wish.There is also free wifi for your benefit

LAZY DAYZ is the perfect spot to base yourself for all that Shellharbour is known for (from diving at Bass Point to our links style championship golf course). You are also less than a 20 minute drive to other attractions such as Jamberoo Recreation Park, Illawarra Fly with its zip line attraction, Wollongongs coastal strip and lighthouse and the famous coastal walk from Kiama to Gerringong which offers the most scenic ocean views you are ever likely to see ( the walk is 6km one way or 12km for the round trip.) You are also within a 45 minute drive of Sublime Point and Illawarra's newest landmark, the Sea Cliff Bridge

Very enjoyable Stay

We had a great stay at Lazy Dayz. Very comfortable 2br unit with a private little courtyard, everything you need and a short walk to a beautiful swimming beach. Steve & Karon were great hosts, close by if needed but left you to your own space. Highly recommend.

Property & owner Steve were great. Only problem was listing showed Queen Bed in 1 bedroom & 2 Queen Beds in the other, this was one of the reason we booked however the 2nd bed had 2 King Single beds not a Queen. One thing to note most of the sharpe knives in the kitchen have broken handles which made cutting anything a challenge

Location and facilities of the property were good, no issues with that at all. However the other issues we occurred unfortunately outweighed the good. Property was not cleaned at all, only thing that was clean were the floors, everything else was dirty (fridge, microwave, benchtops, shower, vanity, mirror, dusting of furniture). This was disappointing as a cleaning fee is charged, and I checked the reviews before booking. Weather it was a once off mistake and forgotten, someone should have still have double checked it was clean after previous stay. One bed had sand in the sheets. Smaller bedroom needs a blind at the window Gap from bedroom to garage needs to be fixed. Great location for our purpose but that was it.

Karon and Steve's place was perfect! We had a lovely warm welcome, the apartment was super clean and has all you need for a great getaway. They've thought of everything from the great range of dvds, books and games to the honesty box for the fridge stocked with alcohol! Super close to the beach and a short drive into town. Can highly recommend Lazy Dayz. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We have two toddlers and the house was completely child friendly which was fantastic. We loved being so close to the beach and being able to easily walk there with the kids. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Stay

Lazy Dayz is a fantastic property. I have stayed there twice with my family and I always feel like I am at home. The bedrooms are a great size and the kitchen is well appointed, wi-fi good and there is a lovely little outside area with a clothes line. Both times we have walked down to the beach, literally takes 3 minutes. Karon and Steve are great hosts always ensuring you are comfortable. It is unbelievable value for money - highly recommend this one :)

Home away from Home

It's always a bit daunting when you book a property that you have only just seen pictures of, sometimes wondering if it will look exactly as the pictures do. You need not worry, Lazy Dayz property is exactly as the photos have displayed. Clean, spacious, close to Shellharbour, accommodating & comfortable. I booked this on behalf of my parents and they said it really is a home away from home. Thank you to Steve & Karon who made the whole booking experience easy. Comfortable and Great Stay

Great location with comfortable, neat and tidy rooms. All rooms were very clean and well presented. The place felt like it was a home away from home! The owners were fantastic and made our stay enjoyable. Had little surprises for the kids for Easter which made it that more special. Hope to stay there again in the very near future!
