Cross the road to a family friendly beach! Located within a secure, gated property on Point Nepean Rd, Capel Sound (was Rosebud West), this immaculate two level house offers location, security and serenity.

Located just over an hours drive from Melbourne the property includes three bedrooms that can sleep 6 - one king in the master bedroom, one queen in the second bedroom and in the third bedroom is a king bed that can be split into two long single beds making it very versatile. There are 2 bathrooms plus two powder rooms and a spacious open plan kitchen and living area has the latest appliances to make your stay a breeze.

It has heating and cooling to all rooms, double lock up garage, outdoor deck with BBQ and outdoor setting for 6.

Directly across the road from the safe-for-young-kids CAPEL SOUND swimming beach and located a short walk from the refurbished ROSEBUD PLAZA shopping centre, restaurants, cafes and take away outlets, once you arrive you can leave your car in the garage and relax.

AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS TO FAMILIES, COUPLES AND MATURE (25+) GROUPS ONLY
MINIMUM TWO NIGHT BOOKINGS.

Wonderful stay

This is a beautiful property! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. The location is perfect. We spent most of our time eating at the restaurant and bar up the road. The property owners are so helpful with checking in and are always there if you need them. I recommend this property.

It was a clean, tidy and warm home which made our stay welcoming , enjoyable and friendly

As soon as we open the front door it made us feel warm and comfortable about our stay here. It was clean and refreshing with ample of room and heaps of activities for kids to do there. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. It was a short stroll to the beach, restaurants and convenient store, however, you do need to drive to the Plaza to do your grocery shopping. It was just like we were in our own home. I definitely recommend this house and I will certainly be back here again sooner rather than later

Perfect location

Perfectly located and well looked after townhouse and very good size for a family, nice message and bottle of wine waiting for us on the kitchen bench for when we arrived. Great little outdoor area and Everything we could have wanted or needed was available. Would recommend to anyone 😀

Perfect house right on the beach!

We had a lovely stay in Capel Sound. The house is in a secure cul-de-sac opposite the beach which was perfect for the kids, it's also close to several shops and cafes so we didn't use the car after arriving. The house was very well presented, clean and very comfortable. The garden outside and BBQ was lovely in the evening after a day at the beach. Communication with Elizabeth, the host, prior to our stay was also very good.

Modern and clean

We spent our Easter weekend here. The property was beautifully presented. Everything we could ever need was there. Walking into the property felt like home. The property was opposite the beach, walking distance to shops and a short drive to other attractions on the Mornington Pennisula. Would highly recommend this property for families.

Great family stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosula. It was ideal for our family of 5. The garage and outdoor shower made return trips from the beach very easy, we all loved the comfort and movie viewing, and there were so many hidden extras that we found extremely useful. The location to the beach, shops etc was excellent.
