Located on the edge of Torquay on the Great Ocean Road in a tranquil rural setting. Bells Estate is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the facilities on this 10 acre site and to explore the many attractions that the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast have to offer.

This villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue patio offering scenic views.
It has standard bedding for 4 persons. A queen size bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in the second bedroom - can sleep up to 5 with rollaway bed.

A wood fire and reverse cycle heating and cooling, smart TV with chromecast, toiletries, towels & lined supplied, ironing facilities, laundry and many other facilities to ensure you have a most enjoyable stay.

A separate building houses an indoor solar heated pool, (Sept-April) and table tennis. Outside you'll find a basketball half court and inground trampoline, along with some tree swings.

The Villa land is fully fenced and is suitable for your furry friend. This is the only cottage that is pet friendly

Beautiful house and friendly host

We fell a bit in love with the little house, the gorgeous animals and the winery almost across the road. What a beautiful spot.

Relaxing short stay

Beautiful bush surroundings and lovely older style cottage. Cottage was well equiped and very comfortable. Owners were onsite and ready to help with any small issue.

Belbrae cottage

Beautiful surrounds. Plenty of native bird's including kookaburras black cockatoos. Our kelpie loved the large garden to play and investigate. We are aiming to visit again next year.

Comfortable and quaint

The accommodation is a no frills beach shack. It has everything you need, just be sure to pack all of the things you might want. The beds were pretty basic, so for my bad back and shoulders they didn't make for a restful sleep. That said the 2 nights we stayed were lovely. The setting is spectacular with beautiful views into the woodland at the bottom of the property. Wildlife was everywhere, which also added to the charm. With a few improvements, like some new mattresses and linen, this could be a 5 star accommodation.

A weekend escape with a surf

It is a great property - the accomm we stayed in was more spacious, outdoor area easy for dinner / hanging out and good kitchen setup so I would recommend over the cabin our friends stayed in up the hill. But saying that they loved their vista. The family are great that own it. And its nice to be surrounded by space and some farm animals. Easy access to Torquay. I had a surf and we walked to a winery. So wins all round!

Dog friendly farm stay

Very comfortable cosey cottage with the immediate area around the cottage well fenced, which enabled our dog to roam in and out. Also great walks around the property. A good base close to Torquay from which to explore the region. Great time away.
