Literally opens up onto Painkalac Creek Estuary. Perfectly fit out, cost 2-bedder. Handy kids bunks, near and tidy, super friendly and responsive host. Steps from creek, cafes, playground and 200m to nearest beach. Hard to beat!
The property was in a great location! A river to walk along or sit at your door step from back gate access. Close to beach access including the lighthouse. Cafe & takeaway options with 100m. Couch was lumpy, yet can adjust a bit to find a spot

Good location in need of a clean
The location is great however the property needed a deep spring clean. Lots of dust a d cob webs around.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Virginia's apartment in Airey's Inlet, Victoria with a couple of friends, and it was fantastic! The location was absolutely amazing, with a very breezy and coastal feel that made us feel instantly relaxed. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and Virginia was helpful and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

aireys inlet apartment
we love the location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable double/queen beds...but the smell, multiple spiders and over grown back yard let the property down unfortunately
Small apartment. Comfortable overall but some negatives: no cupboards in bedrooms, bed & couch lumpy, small kitchen that sets off smoke alarm & toilet leaked. While all that sounds bad, overall as a short stop, it’s enough.
Excellent location for easy access to the beach and lighthouse. Property was clean, basic, comfortable. A few things needed fixing in the bedroom- a broken draw and non-functioning bedside light. The outside patio was covered with leaves and there were broken surfboards and overhanging shrubs. It would have been much more appealing with some easy maintenance.

Airey’s inlet Riberside
The bedrooms were adequate but the pillows were not particularly comfortable. The springs in the couch were evident when one sat down. Most disappointing feature was the run down derelict garden- it could have been made attractive. There was a hole in the wall of the main room with plaster falling out if it onto the floor which had evidently not been swept before we arrived as the plaster dust looked recent. Best feature of the accommodation was the bathroom - a pity that there were not mirrors in the bedrooms.
Dirty with unusable outdoor area and unhelpful hose
The property advertised a bbq and outdoor seating. The 'BBQ' was completely rusted and broken, tipped over and had plants growing over it. When we informed the host she was unhelpful and did not attempt to fix the problem and claimed to be unaware. The outdoor seating was rusted and covered in animal poo. The apartment was dusty especially the blinds which were also stained and had spiderwebs. microwave was disgusting and the dishwasher didn't work.

A convenient local townhouse
The place is small, but well priced and in a very convenient townhouse by the shops, that backs onto the lovely canal walk.
Communication was great, and it has parking at the door.
It's a neat, small apartment that provides a good base for going out and about locally. The back courtyard was not useable, it's overgrown and unclean. A shame, as it would have been a lovely spot to sit as it backs onto the walking trail that goes along the river. The towels were old and stained, but otherwise the place was neat. It's a bit musty when you first open the door, but a blast of fresh air and it's fine. It did the job for a short affordable stay in an otherwise expensive area.
Was ideal for a short stop stay. Just as shown a small 2bed unit in great location. Easy walk for dinner to Greek Restaurant or breakfast coffee next door.
Had a big chuckle as they obviously ran out of toilet paper and had hand towel on toilet roll holder. Manage to grab a roll ourselves so no trying to flush paper towel down.
Disappointed with the stained towels on offer. If you can’t get white white then go dark! $5 towels at Kmart just up your price and get new ones every couple of months. But appreciate linen being on offer so please don’t change that.
Had a ball with friends and as said before great place for a short stop.

Great spot for exploring
A well kitted out property for eating in the kitchen & laundry facilities were great. The shared bbq was annoying being upstairs & in the courtyard of the other 5 units it needed a clean but no implements to clean it. Unfortunately the outside was not really useable at the unit as the chairs & table was dirty & rusty. The shrubs are very overgrown & dirt was in the door tracks making it hard to open. My husband clean outside in the courtyard and the front door which you enter via the carpark due to dirt build up. Exhaust fan needs a clean & light bulb replacing along with the main bedroom fan not working which the owner was not aware of but responded very quickly. The queen bed is in the room with bike suitable for smaller children of average size 10 & below. The main bedroom only has a double bed. Checkin details never came through stayz & I had to message the owner directly after I couldn’t call through, thankfully the info came quick as we were outside waiting & the info on the block of units for checkin says go to the frozen shop which is obviously old & outdated. Would I stay here again? Yes but it would have been good for it to be as good on the outside area as it mostly was inside & for the microwave to have a manual to make it easier to use.
This apartment is in a central location close to shops, cafe's and the water. Although small, this was terrific accommodation for a quick weekend away. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had a great shower and kitchen worked well. The surfaces were wiped down and beds made with clean linen however the apartment needs a deep clean (cob webs and dust through the window blinds, books and board games thrown and scattered into drawers, and windows needed a good clean). We used the back yard but would have spent more time out there if it had been tidy. This stuff doesn't really worry us and didn't sour our visit, it just would have been a nicer visit if these things had been attended to. We would recommend this apartment and consider returning for another short get away

Opportunity Missed-Definitely a Smokers delight
The apartment is part of a fairly modern complex and as per the listing, offers a huge array of amenities, albeit it would appear that many are products/items left by previous tenants. Plenty of space for the type of property it is and the bathroom is very spacious. The setting is beautiful and relaxing. HOWEVER... 1) It was difficult to find the entrance to the property as we had no contact from the owner to advice the check-in process and this was one hour after the allocated check in time. Had to make contact via the Stayz app as had no other contact details provided.
The one HUGE negative for this place was the overwhelming stench of what would seem to be the result of years of heavy cigarette smoking that hit us in the face as we opened the door. Despite the listing denoting "No Smoking". It was disgusting and and made the place feel dirty, even though it had had a basic clean. Which leads to my last comment regarding opportunity missed. Basic cleaning had been done but the property is in desperate need of some 'maintenance' cleaning such as wiping the walls, or a lick of paint. Cleaning the stove and other exhaust fans, washing the beautiful big windows and sliding doors to view the gorgeous little court yard-well it would be gorgeous if only if had the paving pressure washed to remove the green moss/algae and a tidy of the little shrubs and plants in the garden. It's such a shame because this place is little hidden gem, more of a diamond in the rough. Would love to go back, but sadly not unless the place has a thorough spring clean and smoke alarms installed or something done to police the no-smoking rule.
