Spacious renovated cottage with 3 bedrooms, kitchen/dining, separate lounge room which has 2 additional king single beds, outdoor entertaining on large covered rear deck which leads out into the enclosed back yard, great for children or dogs. New reverse cycle air conditioning units. We request you bring your own linen - sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We are able to maintain a reasonable rental price due to this. Undercover BBQ area. The house is fully equipped with USB phone charging outlets, television and google mini to stream all your favourite music and radio, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Walk to town centre, harbour, fish Co-op. restaurants and sea pool, cinema, ten pin bowling, Fun Land for the kids. Beach only a short walk away. Great Home to relax and unwind in. Parking in large flat enclosed back yard for vehicles and boats. Fantastic fully enclosed yard safe for children and dogs.

Mollymook patrolled beach just a short drive away, have breakfast on the beach. Historic Milton Just a short drive, with lots of shopping. Regular markets at Ulladulla, Milton and Mollymook.

This is a great house to gather family together, lots of beds and space, a good big kitchen and lovely outdoor dining area. The host was very responsive and was straight onto a small hiccup at the beginning of our stay. Would definitely recommend if you have a large group.

A spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable house in a quiet street.

It is in a great location, close to the local town shops and beach. Plenty of room, great size backyard and outdoor deck area. The interior of the house has a nice beachside holiday feel and very nicely decorated. Thanks for making our break great, we left relaxed.

Why they chose this property

We love Fish Cottage. Richard had been coming to the area all his life for holidays. Ulladulla is an amazing deep sea fishing destination, which was also one of Richard's main criteria when we purchased Fish Cottage over 15 years ago. There is a hospital in Milton that we also thought was important. Fish Cottage has a feeling that invites people in. Whenever we are in Ulladulla ourselves there is a continuous line of visitors calling in and we are sure that is because it has such a relaxed and inviting feel to it. The yard is large and flat which is difficult to find in a coastal area. There is plenty of room to park our boat securely in the enclosed back yard. It is also safe for our dogs "Banjo and Bella" when we stay there. We walk to restaurants and beaches every time we are in Ulladulla. Once you have stayed you will know what I'm talking about.

Amazing relaxed atmosphere. Great indoor outdoor living. Short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants. Spacious home reasonably priced for what you get. Large flat enclosed yard for added safety for your pets and children so you can relax and enjoy your stay. Sufficient parking for large boats. Indoor/outdoor living with a huge rear deck with TV. Walking distance to everything.
