6 bedroom 5 bathroom home on a vineyard with large private pool in the vineyards.

Casa Sangiovese (tuscan grape variety)
We cater for just 2 or larger groups of up to 12. We have 6 bedrooms, 3 that have queen beds and 3 bedrooms that have kings that can be split into singles if needed.
Large 10 meter private pool with outdoor deck and lounge BBQ area outdoor table.

Reverse cycle airconditiong in both loungerooms to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
Main lounge area has wood fire. Wood provided May till September.

KITCHEN
Kitchen is equipped with oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Nespresso coffee maker. Cutlery, pots, pans, plates and glasses are also provided.

LINEN
All linen is included in the cleaning cost, and comes with all beds made and fresh Sheets towels and pillowcases. Spare blankets and doonas are in the cupboards.

OUTDOOR BBQ AREA
Large undercover deck in pool area has a gas bbq. (gas supplied) Outdoor lounge and tables and chairs.

FREE WIFI
Free NBN wifi . Password is the Wylankey on back of the modem.

WOODFIRE
We have a logfire to keep you warm in Winter and supply wood from May till late September.



PARKING
Plenty of onsite parking is available at the home. If you are planning on doing a wine tour and getting picked up before checkin. Please arrange with us where cars can be left on property in advance.

WEDDINGS
Whilst we do allow for weddings on the property. Please dont enquire through this site as it is for accommodation only. Weddings at La Vigna Estate can be found on other platforms.

PARTIES
PLEASE no Bucks or large boys groups. No bands or speakers. We have other homes on the property. If you are coming up to party please look elsewhere.

Plenty of room to stroll through the vineyards before you enjoy some of the local cellar doors.

Set on a large acreage this home can be used with the 2 others on the property for large groups. Or used individually as all homes are private with there own pool.

1 NIGHT STAYS/ ONLINE BOOKINGS

While most holiday homes dont offer 1 night stays we try to accommodate these request Due to cleaning a whole house and setup costs. Please dont book a 1 night weekend without first sending an enquiry as to the 1 night price. We also do accept 1 night stays on the weekend but as the majority of our revenue is based on a 2 night weekend rate nearly the full weekend rate will be charged. As if you decide to book the Saturday it would be highly unlikely we would be able to book a friday or vice versa.

WEEKENDS
As most of our income is from the standard Friday Saturday night weekends. please note if you split a weekend eg Thursday Friday or Saturday Sunday a full weekend rate could apply. This would be more than the advertised rates that you see on the calander for your 2 days.
