It is only a few minutes stroll to the quiet Lover’s Walk beach … and it is only a few minutes walk to central Cowes with shops, restaurants and supermarkets.



This home is perfect for one or two families, or for a small group here to enjoy all the events and opportunities on the Island.



The house has four bedrooms and two living areas – spacious and comfortable accommodation.



There is a fully-equipped kitchen and open dining and lounge area.

The house offers a main bedroom with queen-sized bed, second bedroom with a single bunk-bed and single bed, third bedroom of a ¾ bed (walkthrough room), and a fourth bedroom with queen-sized bed.



The house has air-conditioning and heating – the house is comfortable whatever the weather is out there.

There are several televisions, DVD players, and a large selection of DVDs are supplied for your entertainment.



The house also has a good sized yard – please enjoy the use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture, basketball ring, and table tennis and other games.



The house also offers a good selection of books and magazines – settle in for some quiet time.

Relax into true island time!



Cowes and Phillip Island offer many activities.

Playgrounds, the local football oval, golf course, bowls, and RSL are all close by.

Enjoy our quiet family beaches, fishing, surfing and other water sports.

The Phillip Island Circuit is a few minutes away for motorcycle, V8 and classic car events.

This beautiful Island also has the Penguin Parade, Nobbies and Seal Rocks, Koala Sanctuary, Wildlife Park, Amaze-N-Things, Churchill Island, and so much more to keep everyone active and entertained.

There are also many walking and cycling trails … or venture across the bridge to Bunurong Marine Park.
