I rent my main residence "non smoking indoors" over the summer to respectful and caring people. It is a recent villa of 130m2 with its large swimming pool. You will find a barbecue by the pool, a grill on the terrace, 6 sun loungers and garden furniture (10 chairs).

- a living room overlooking the garden with television, stereo CD / DVD player radio, CD, DVD available.
- a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace.
- an office with mezzanine: internet access by fiber optic (wifi), printer, CD player, radio and library.
- A parents room (sleeping in 160) overlooking the terrace.
- A bathroom and separate toilet.
- A garage and a carport in front of the garage.

Upstairs:
- Two bedrooms (sleeping 140) overlooking the garden
- A bathroom
- Separate toilets
The property is completely fenced; access is via an electric gate with remote control and a swing door on the intercom.
It can accommodate a family with children or a group of friends.
