Charming and stylish newly remodeled single story home includes high end amenities, large flat screen 4K TVs in all rooms, and high speed internet and Wi-Fi. Free reserved off-street parking is available behind the house and a private fenced-in back patio area is perfect for unwinding. Just minutes from downtown.

Living room has a vaulted ceiling, sectional sofa with chaise lounge, and a 70” wall-mounted 4K TV. Dining room has a vaulted ceiling, custom chandelier, and nice large high-top table. Full laundry room available outside the kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked to meet all your needs and includes quartz countertops, matching custom backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Coffee is also complementary!

First bedroom has one queen-size bed with a soothing Casper mattress. Second bedroom has two full size beds also with soothing Casper mattresses. Both bedrooms include plenty of closet space.

The outdoor seating is a great addition to the home! The covered front porch has a conversation set including two chairs with ottomans and a table. The fenced-in back patio includes a large table and six chairs.

Perfect location, a 5 minute car ride to Beale St., FedEx Forum, AutoZone Park, the Orpheum Theater and other downtown attractions. Or catch a carriage ride as they pass by for a leisurely ride downtown. The home is also walking distance to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis Renasant Convention Center, Bass Pro Pyramid, and the Main St. trolley stop. For safety and security, property includes two exterior cameras only. A doorbell camera that covers the front porch and a backdoor camera that covers the back porch.
