Fantastic Open Plan Living upstairs with 55' Flatscreen TV. Suitable for one or two families. Three large bedrooms downstairs comfortably sleeps 9. Walk with ease to the Beach or into Port Elliot for a coffee or relax at home with a glass of wine around the 10 seat Dining Table.

Located on the Beach side in the middle of Port Elliot, it is just a short walk to:

- Horseshoe Bay, Boomer Beach and the Flying Fish Cafe
- Cafes, pubs and eateries, including the Hotel Elliot and Port Elliot bakery
- Train station to catch the Cockle Train between Goolwa and Victor Harbor
- 5 minute walk to Knights and Boomer beaches!

Pt Elliot getaway

Great location walking distance to both beach and the main st shops. The house was very clean and comfortable. Having the ping pong table was fun entertainment and there was plenty of comfy couches and chairs to go around when we wanted to relax with a good book or Netflix.

Beautiful stay in port elliot

Pioneer Avenue was lovely to stay in and great for our whole family. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners on the deck and the kids loved the large backyard. The house is updated and really clean and lovely to stay in. The check in process is super efficient and so is Grant. Highly Recommend.

This property is exactly as described and more. Highly recommended, easy walk to town and beach. Everything you need in the house is supplied. Plenty of room in and out. Games for the kids and adults to play.

Fantastic place to stay.

We loved our stay. We had two families (12yrs, 11, 10 and 9 plus 4 adults) and had plenty of room to hang out as a group as well as places to hang out by yourselves (away from the kids). There is a kid gate at the top of the stairs for anyone worried with young ones. Fantastic amenities, plenty to keep everyone busy in all weather conditions. Property was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Location was great, walking distance to the main street, beach, walking trails, tennis courts, footy oval and bike trails. We would absolutely stay again.

Very nice place to stay! Top location for Victor Harbour and Goolwa…. Local shops very good!!! Only a minor thing is the kitchen facilities are a bit tired… but still ok.

Loved this place!

We had such a wonderful week at this house! When the weather was good, we got out and about in Port Elliot and nearby towns and enjoyed the beach and everything else the area has to offer. When the weather was bad, we played table tennis, board games and watched movies. A great spot for some quality family time and we would love to go back again someday. Thankyou.

Excellent Port Elliot holiday house

This holiday house is in an excellent location within Port Elliot, close to beach and shops. The house was sparkling clean and very spacious with lots of beds and a huge yard. We also loved the deck and were really happy with all the amenities throughout the house. The owners were super quick to respond to messages and great to deal with. I highly recommend this property! Thanks for the lovely holiday, we wish we could have stayed longer!

In summary fantastic place great for a couple of families to just relax. We arrived to an easy entry and clean environment. The one thing that could have helped us (not changed the experience at all) would be a info book with things like wifi Login and password Etc. we did without as we really didn’t need it as we were more there to get away from the rat race but could have helped with a quick Netflix for the kids and quiet time for the adults
