If your a lover of quirky touches meets comfort and want to stay in THE BEST " burb" in Adelaide, look no further!

Located half way between Henley & Grange beaches, you can swim a few laps or just stroll, cook up a storm on the BBQ in your private patio or dive right into the bars & restaurants at The Square, the epicentre of Henley Beach.

THE SPACE

So it doesn't have majestic sea views or a hot tub on the balcony (in fact there is no balcony) but its a colourful, comfortable happy place that I would love to share with you.

SINGLE STOREY IN A SMALL GROUP OF 4 with onsite undercover car parking

♦Tastefully decorated bedrooms with comfortable mattresses (Q&D) and fresh linen, side tables, lamps and overhead fans . Control the daylight in the main bedroom with electric roller shutters.

♦ Open plan with reverse cycle air conditioner, 4K TV with a Blue Ray Player, complimentary Netflix & Wi-Fi. Bluetooth sound bar with sub woofer so you connect your music device and listen to your own music.

♦ Fully equipped kitchen stocked with your basic cooking condiments (oil, S&P, herbs) Enjoy the Delonghi Nespresso Coffee Machine

♦ Walk 200m to a beautiful white sand beach

GETTING AROUND

♦️Grange road is less than a 2 min walk and buses are available frequently.

♦️Grange train station is a 10 min walk away and with trains going directly to the city you could be in town in 25 minutes.

♦️The airport is close (7k )only a 10 min taxi or Uber fare.

♦️Glenelg or Semaphore are about a 12 minute drive away. We kindly request that you respect your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm. Smoking is permitted outdoors, so please use the provided ashtrays.

Long stays are more than welcome! Contact us to arrange a special price. For stays longer than 5 days, watering the pot plants is appreciated, and a mid clean additional cleaning charge will apply.

Love our stay at Funky Two Beds it was in a get location to the Grange Golf Club as we were there for LIV Golf it was in easy walking distance, also just love the decor of the unit, would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved F2B, it is clean, comfortable, has everything we needed, great location & so funky! It is true to description & photos & then some!There were so many fun things to discover as we settled in, the note on the white board was so sweet & we loved checking out everything! We used the fun glasses, plates & cups over the plain ones!!Leanne was an absolute pleasure to deal with, it’s so lovely to find such a fabulous property with a friendly helpful owner.

Funky is wonderful!

We were in Adelaide for a week for a combination of sport, work and family catch-ups. This townhouse ticks all the boxes, great location, close to beach, restaurants and amenities and decked out with a lot of thought and care by Leanne and Mick. Cosy, comfy and the perfect base to explore

F2B was the perfect place for us to base ourselves to explore Henley Beach / Grange, the McLaren Vale just a short drive away and many parts of Adelaide. The place has a warm and well-loved feeling, tastefully decorated (with a large number of retro things we grew up with in the 70's!) The undercover outdoor chairs outside were perfect for morning coffee if the weather wasn't holding out, the BBQ was a welcome treat. A thoroughly enjoyable stay (again) at F2B.

We absolutely loved staying here! Location was perfect! Very clean! Host has certainly thought of everything one would need on a holiday and more! Extremely comfortable, Welcome note on white board, chocolate on pillow, popcorn, coffee pods, cookies, cupboard full of food staples and spare bathroom products really made a great impression! Seriously couldn’t believe how well stocked this place was, made our stay so enjoyable! Unit complex is very quiet and clean! Would definitely recommend Funky two beds!!

Gorgeous property, amazing location!

Funky Two Beds is a gorgeous little property located only a stone’s throw away from beautiful Grange & Henley beach. It is also very close to various cafe’s, shops & restaurants (most within walking distance.) Our accomodation was clean & spacious and it had everything you would need to feel comfortable and at home. Both my partner and I agreed that the property had an amazing, homely feel to it and to be honest we were a little sad to be leaving so soon. Our property manager was an absolute delight to deal with. Not only was she quick to reply to us with any questions or queries that we may of had but she also provided us with all the information we needed upon arrival/check in. We cannot recommend Funky Two Beds highly enough and we would definitely stay here again!

5 night stay with my 18 year old son

If I could choose 6/5 stars I would. We loved our stay and enjoyed all the extra 'little things' that were included such as board games, books, Netflix and everything listed in the property description. Lovely quiet location but also close to all the action of Henley Beach and Glenelg. We both slept-in on our first night as the elec roller blinds completely blocked out all noise and light. Kitchen is very well equipped and the wooden floor boards were perfect on the hot nights. Highly recommend if you're after a quiet getaway, or needing a base whilst you see all that South Australia has to offer. Highly recommend :)

We can not recommend F2B enough, from the time of booking to the time of checking out, Leanne is a fantastic communicator, and the special little touch's make it quite unique. The accommodation is absolutely gorgeous, so comfortable and welcoming. The location is everything you can hope for, its quiet, easy access and so close to the beach, cafes and wonderful restaurants.
