We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in an excellent neighborhood and is in a good location that we enjoy, centrally located between Punta Gorda and Ft. Myers. The home was clean and the pool was great. The property manager was very responsive to all of our communications. We hope to return again next year!

We loved the fun coastal decorations, with the aqua and pink highlights with lots of cute seashell and nautical touches. The pool was great, with the screened in porch keeping away any bugs & debris. We enjoyed eating our meals on the table outside as well. A wonderful vacation spot.

My husband and I had a great stay. House was very clean, kitchen well stocked, heated pool was perfect for a winter escape. Great communication with the host. Comfortable house and neighborhood. Excellent pool. Nice fenced in yard. And don’t worry when you reserve it and they send a message that says you aren’t allowed to turn the AC below 73 degrees. We like it cool and it was perfectly cool in the house!

Phenomenal Pelican Vacation!!

Our recent vacation to Cape Coral was absolutely fantastic! The house we stayed in was 5 stars plus! The house is located in the very quiet, picturesque southwest part of Cape Coral. You pass a beautiful Queen Anne Palm tree lined top of the street on the way to the house which definitely sets the vacation mood. The house is extremely clean and well laid out with easy access to the pool and lanai from all areas of the house. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook in or just heat snacks/treats. The pool and lanai have several chairs and tables to relax in and we really enjoyed sitting outside in the evening enjoying the warmth. The host Kim is awesome!! She is extremely responsive to any request and has a great sense of humor!! We highly recommend this property and we definitely hope to return same time next year!

The house was very unorganized. Mismatched old furniture, lamps didn’t work, towels old , no blankets. Laundry room was horrible with empty garbage on the shelves. No information or instructions left to follow. Definitely a purchase made just to make money with no ownership value, property was not cared for.

Cape coral

The house was a good size for a family of 6. My kids loved the pool and we like the location. A few downfalls, the washer was leaking water on the floor everytime we used it, the grill was all rusted out and not useable (ended up buying a cheap grill to use). For having white tile throughout, the tile was dirty. Our feet were constantly turning black. Probably didn't help the air filter had not been changed in a long time. Towards the end of our stay, we found tiny ants all over one of the bathrooms. Overall we did enjoy our stay, just suggest fixing those few things for their next guest.

Sorry you were disappointed with a few things. The air filter is changed monthly at all of our properties. The floors are mopped in between every guest, usually the lanai floor is what causes your feet to get dirty and it’s impossible to keep those floors clean. We have monthly pest service, unfortunately in Florida you’re still going to see some. The washer was working at the time the last guests departed, all laundry is washed on site. Not sure what happened but it was fixed before next guests checked in

Needs some upkeep

Good property with nice pool and a great yard for dogs. Very quiet neighborhood. property needs much TLC. Missing window coverings on the back side and the sliding door cover louvers did not work properly (worn out). Pool cover screens in need of repair and the screen door was problematic due to improper installation of the closer (lock tab slid down the shaft and prevented proper closing). Missing downspouts on the gutters (no rain during my stay so I do not know if problematic). There was a fire extinguisher but it showed discharged and there was an empty holder for a monoxide detector or smoke detector that was missing the unit. Leaky toiled and kitchen sink drain. Agent informed of most of these things and said they would be taken care of.

This home is beautiful. Very clean and very well taken care of. Owner is very easy to communicate with. Neighborhood is nice. Lawn is well taken care of. Pool was amazing. No issues at all. Plenty of shopping roght down the road. Beaches were a little bit of a distance away, but wasn't an issue. Would reccomend!
