Ana is an exceptional host

We had a great stay at villa Besha. Ana and her family were always ready to help. Ana reacted very fast on each app message. They took special care of us when we arrived after having a delay of 36 hours on a trip that should have taken 5,5 hours. The house is very well equipped and the pool is great. Neighbors are friendly and Herceg Novi is amazing. I would highly recommend this great house.

We had a really good time, loads of fun in the pool. House is really big and people at the bottom floor made sure to give us privacy. Ana was helpful and helped us with any requests/updates. Would recommend

What makes this property unique

We will take this opportunity to make a few remarks.

- Please note that city taxes (1€ per person per night) are not included in the accommodation price. Children under 12 years do not pay taxes.

- The grocery stores and supermarkets are closed on Sundays.

- The apartment on the first floor is not for rent. The second and third floors are equipped for rent, and in the photos you can see the interior and layout. Instead of garage, we built an apartment and owners stay there during the summer season.
The apartment is facing the other side and is completely isolated from the house and has its own entrance, so our guests have complete privacy, yard and pool is completely private and provided for guests.
For the first two years, the guests were completely alone, but we experienced various inconveniences, so we decided to turn the garage into an apartment. So far, it has suited all our guests because they have privacy, and yet if they needed anything, someone could be there for them.
